Feedback for your online store from the community
Hey @Debron
Your store is designed pretty basic, I would highly suggest you to first work on your store and make it look professional enough so that it attracts your customers and gets you some amazing sales for your website as well. Feel free to let me know if you want me to help you out with your store and I would be more than happy to give you a helping hand.
Best Regards,
Moeed
Hi @Debron , thank you for posting here!
Honestly, once I visited your store, I did not want to buy anything because the store did not trust me.
I highly recommend that you redesign your store to look more professional, if it still is the current design, I guarantee you that if you push more marketing efforts, it will only make you boost more sales with this store design.
1. Revise the menu bar
Your menu is too simple and lacks categories for your store's products, making it difficult for customers to easily access the items they need to purchase.
2. Redesign the image banner
Your banner is too simple and does not reflect the uniqueness of your brand. Additionally, the font and text color are difficult to read when I look at the banner image; you should redesign it to make it more visually appealing.
Moreover, The button on the hero page is very important for driving customers to your product collections, so it needs to stand out and have a truly attractive CTA text for customers. I recommend adding some effects like shadows to give the button a raised appearance and changing the color to align with your brand's concept to encourage customers to click on it more. Additionally, instead of "Shop now" you could use more appealing messages like "Limited stock available. Buy now to secure your item!", "Grab yours today," or "Get our new collections first," etc.
3. Optimize customer testimonial
All those features can be added to your store with just one Free app from us, SnapNoti FOMO Visitor Counter.
Hi @Debron ! I'm Tracy from BON Loyalty, the top-rated Shopify loyalty app.
Looking at your store, I think the main area for improvement is aligning your store design with your brand positioning. Since you're positioning yourself as a seller of premium products, your website should reflect trustworthiness and a premium feel. With that in mind, here are a few suggestions (NUMBER 3 IS THE MOST IMPORTANT ONE):
1. Enhance every image on your store
From the hero banner to collection features and product images, each image should be high-quality and high-resolution. Currently, the images seem a bit outdated and don’t look professionally taken, especially at the homepage. Unpolished images can detract from a premium brand perception. Consider investing in high-quality photography that captures the essence of your products and showcases them effectively.
2. Revamp the hero banner
The hero banner is often the first impression customers have of your brand, so it’s essential it reflects your brand’s identity. Choose an image that represents your branding well, and ensure the text contrasts clearly with the background for easy readability.
3. KEEP AN EYE ON STOCK VISIBILITY
Currently, ALL PRODUCTS on your site appear sold out, which definitely discourage customers. When your items are unavailable, it gives the impression that stock and inventory management are not prioritized. Consider either restocking or removing these products until they’re available again to maintain trust and interest.
4. Add an ‘add to cart’ button below products on the homepage and collection pages
Simplifying the buying journey is key. Adding an “add to cart” button directly below products allows customers to add items to their cart as they browse, making it easier for them to decide and proceed to checkout.
These are just some starting points to bring out your brand’s premium feel. Once you have these updates in place, you can see how customers respond and make other adjustments from there. Let me know how it goes, I’m here to help!
If you find these suggestions helpful for you, please let me know by giving BON Loyalty a 'LIKE' or marking it as a 'SOLUTION'. 😊
Best,
Tracy from the BON Loyalty team

Hey there @Debron , this is Alexis from Akohub.
I know it can be super frustrating to have high traffic but no sales, especially after putting in the time and money to get visitors to your store. Here are a few tips to help turn those clicks into conversions.
First, make sure your homepage is engaging and easy to navigate. Try using a banner that highlights your best-selling product or an exclusive offer to capture attention right away. It’s a good idea to keep the navigation simple so visitors can find what they’re looking for quickly. A clear “Shop Now” button can guide them directly to your products without any distractions.
Product descriptions and images also play a big role in converting visitors to buyers. Instead of just listing details, try emphasizing the benefits and features that would resonate with your audience. High-quality images are essential, make sure they’re zoomable and show your products from multiple angles. This can boost customer confidence, making them feel more comfortable purchasing.
Another key element is building trust. Adding customer reviews or testimonials can make a huge difference, even if they’re from friends or early testers. Consider having a “Best Sellers” or “Customer Favorites” section to give your store a more established feel. It also helps to display secure payment icons and provide links to your shipping and return policies at the bottom of the page, making shoppers feel safe and informed.
For promotions, you already have a pop-up for subscribing, which is great! Just make sure there’s a compelling reason to sign up, like a discount or free shipping on their first order. And try using a strong call-to-action (like “Shop Our Collection”) on the landing page banner to nudge visitors toward browsing.
If you're looking for tools to help increase conversions, consider using Ako Retargeting and Loyalty programs. Retargeting can help bring back visitors who didn’t convert on their first visit by showing them ads as they browse elsewhere. Meanwhile, a loyalty program can encourage repeat purchases by rewarding customers for coming back or referring friends. These tools can go a long way in turning one-time visitors into loyal customers.
Lastly, check your analytics for any drop-off points. If a lot of people are leaving on a certain page, it could be worth tweaking that part of the site. And make sure your ads are targeted to reach the right people and that the messaging aligns with what they find on your site, consistency can help reduce bounce rates. If you'd like to learn more about how to improve your conversion rates, you can check out this blog here
Hope this helps, and best of luck with your store! Keep tweaking, and you’ll see improvements over time.
Hi there, I'm Kate from PageFly - Shopify Landing Page Builder.
Congrats on your new store! The website looks clean & majestic. I had a good experience exploring it. However, from my Conversion Rate Optimization expertise, I would like to give you some suggestions regarding the store design to make the store more stunning and better convert.
If you are planning to run on a promotion for BFCM, you can consider adding a countdown timer as an announcement bar for limited-time offers to create a sense of urgency and drive conversions. Also it’s important to make it sticky even when scrolling down to keep reminding visitors about the promotion.
You can take this as a reference:
The hero banner in the homepage is an important touchpoint to impress your customers when they first land on the site. The current banner may cause visitors to confuse in the first 5 seconds what products you are offering. Your current one is a bit confusing as the key products are not highlighted and also the text is made vague in the background.
You can take it as a reference:
Reference:
+ Pay more attention to product stock.
+ Add secondary hover on image: Instead of a single static image, it would be better to show more how your products are used in real life or unique details/patterns of them, which can increase the likelihood of making a purchase.
+ Add an “Explore more” button to allow shoppers to view additional products. This would help reduce bounce rate and allow more chances of getting sales as they can continue to explore other options to their liking.
Visitors who land on your site for the first time might seek out who is behind the product, and why they should buy from you. So consider adding an About Us section to introduce your brand.
For example,
Your current homepage lacks key information about products. It may increase the bouncing rate as users don't find important content they need. Helpful, easy-to-see benefits icons quickly introduce your products' unique selling points, giving a reason to purchase from you instead of the competition.
Reference:
It's important to highlight the key information like the price and call to action. Adding other styling like bold, italic, using different color and font size to the price and mouse over state for ATC button to make them more noticeable.
Reference:
Instead of a dropdown menu for product variants, you can consider using option swatches to showcase different color options of the product. Swatches are intuitive and user-friendly which would enhance the shopper experience.
Reference:
A sticky Add to cart (ATC) button remains visible on the screen as users scroll through product details, images, and reviews. This reduces friction and ensures the call-to-action is always accessible, making it easier for shoppers to make a purchase decision without having to scroll back up.
Reference:
Your current product description contains both text, size guide and product images. Consider compressing it into accordions / content tab for product information and slideshow for product images so that your product pages look better-structured & the shoppers' experience is enhanced.
Reference:
I understand your store is new, but just a friendly-reminder, don't forget reviews are essential to the shopping experience. You should add a testimonial section to build trust for your products' quality. If there are not enough rating stars, consider using text & images to showcase feedback of your first orders.

That’s all of my feedback. I hope it will increase your website's conversion rate. Feel free to reach me in the reply section if you need further discussions. Wish you luck and endurance on your entrepreneurship journey!

Hello there @Debron my first observation on the store is that there’s a lack of a sticky header which makes navigation much easier since it would allow customers to easily access the search button on top.
You should also look to include categories for best sellers and latest arrivals on the homepage.
my last recommendation would be to make the reviews on the store a bit more spicy if possible. Maybe include pictures and maybe the profession/country location of the customers there. It makes them appear more authentic.
