We are not able to access our store. After we enter our login details there is an error message. OOPS SOMETHING WENT WRONG. [API] Unable to perform a request at this endpoint:
The best is that Shopify has removed the support function button to chat with an agent.
This is really poor service as we cannot speak to any one regarding accessing our store. How are we suppose to do business when there is no support to a problem which is for a serious matter like again access to you own online store.
Please fix this matter urgently and at least have staff assist your clients.

Regarding the error that you're seeing, is this happening across different devices, or have you not had the chance to test this yet?
To start, I would recommend trying the following steps:
Clear your cache and cookies on the Google Chrome browser, then try to take the steps to deactivate again.
Attempt to do the same on an alternative device i.e. if you're using mobile, try this on desktop.
Reset your internet connection and try again. Sometimes, network errors can lead to similar issues.
If the above does not work, could you please provide a screenshot of the error that comes up?
Additionally, I would suggest you check your emails, as well as the spam/junk folders, to see if we have sent you anything regarding your account.
