I purchased a printer : order #28405, 9th October 2024  FROM  Nimebrand <store+70200623369@t.shopifyemail.com>.  I received 4 updates for delivery all showing the printer I had ordered .  I cant show you the emails or my email for wither the real printer or a full refund (sent 28th October 2024). The loss to me is nearly £50.00, but even worse it was to be a present for my grandson's birthday so mow I have neither the printer or the money.

As far as I am concerned this is a SCAM.  Do not buy from this brand NIMEbrand store OR SHOPIFY.  I intend to broadcast this far and wide until I get my money back

Hi @Scamsite

To address your concern about a non-receipt of goods and no response to emails, follow these steps:

1-Contact the Seller Again: Attempt one final email to the seller (store+70200623369@t.shopifyemail.com) outlining your issue clearly, referencing order #28405, and requesting an immediate resolution.

2-Check Shopify’s Support: Visit Shopify’s help center (https://www.shopify.com/contact) to report this issue. Shopify hosts stores but does not manage sellers directly; however, they can investigate complaints.

3-File a Dispute with Payment Provider:

  • If you paid by credit/debit card, contact your bank to initiate a chargeback.
  • If paid through PayPal, open a dispute via their Resolution Center.

4-Report a Scam:

  • Report the store to Shopify using their “Report a Problem with a Store” form on their website.
  • Notify local consumer protection agencies about the issue.

5-Broadcast Responsibly: While venting frustration is understandable, focus on reporting facts clearly to ensure support from the relevant authorities.

Act quickly to maximize the chances of recovering your money.

If you have other questions, feel free to ask me.

Best regards,
Daisy

Hi Daisy

It was a scam site and as soon as I made an attempt to get a response from
them they shut it down. However, it wasn't the only one that was a scam.
There is another product that has resurfaced - a tall cylindrical shoe
caddy, there are so many sites that pop up, and one may be genuine, but
it's really difficult to get them. I've done quite a bit of research on
them but to no avail. I always take a screenshot to capture the full
internet address, When my credit card company investigated the addresses
were invalid, otherwise they would chase them and I'd get my refund.

Thank you for responding. Take care
