Hi, I will like can anyone please help me in my store as I have for the past 3 months and still no sale till now I have bought on my own 2 items. but I still don't know why there is still no sale from the US and others cities. but the store was the view as many as 129 times in the past. I hope anyone from Shopify can help set up my store properly.

Hello @sellbuyone ,

I just had look into your website. I observed few points on your website.

-> I see one of your item in view page, there is no descriptions you can add the description of items, An elegantly composed item description clarifies the advantages of the item and persuades the customer that they need the item as well as need it. Your item description is the one you need to catch their eye to in light of the fact that it can without much of a stretch pull in them and influence them to put in a request.
-> You can show 5 to 6 gallery images , If you have more than those you can show at variations by color/pattern.
-> Did you observed your product prices are not shown in product pages, it shows only grid page. Check below image.

-> Your company’s About Us page is another opportunity to tell a story that will help you stick in your customer’s minds.
-> You can add your store policies like refund in the footer part or header part of your store under home page, having a well-thought-out return policy clearly displayed in your store is key to attracting and keeping your customers. Simply You should give confidence to your customers.
-> You can add the item reviews under product page, Item reviews can help give customers that additional propel they have to confide in your online shop and finish their buy. I would suggest including item reviews too, as reviews for customers to share their positive experience thus different customers can see the reviews and be influenced to purchase.
-> And you can create your own colored dashboard and if you want show your customers wishlist's, recently viewed list try Tuecus App. 
-> You can provide credits to your customers by sign up, subscription,...etc., It will help for increasing sales.

Hi, I will like to request for help in this sir, I am new to website store and I really appreciate if you can help me with this as I am worry if I make a mistake in this store.If you or you know anyone that could help me set up properly I will be grateful.
Please sir I started to upgrade my account from $29 to $79 so that I was thinking that it will start to bring in customer.

I would not upgrade to the $79 plan. It will not offer any features that will help increase your sales, it is best for growing stores. 

All of your product names look like they are taken directly from Aliexpress or a similar site, I would rewrite those in your own words.

I would try to choose a specific niche that you can sell to, instead of offering a wide range of products. People are also less likely to buy high ticket items from a store without a reputation, so you likely will never sell items like the computer for $1,500. 

Your website also has a lot of spelling and grammar mistakes, so I would try to improve those to increase trustworthiness.

Hey @sellbuyone,

When you get traffic and no sales it either means you are getting the wrong kind of traffic (not your target audience) or there is something within your store that is turning people away (product prices, shipping time, shipping cost, a site error etc.).  I've taken a look through your store, hopefully my feedback will provide some insight as to what is going on.

PRODUCTS
You are offering a wide range of products in your store. I think the mistake people make in selling so many products is that they assume they will appeal to everyone but unfortunately it has the opposite effect. After weeks and months of plenty of traffic but no sales, store owners are left discouraged and frustrated. It also makes advertising an absolute nightmare. Definitely don't want that for you so give our video a watch, we explain this exact issue and tell you how to fix it:


LOGO
Your logo is one of those things that holds a lot of weight in how professional or unprofessional your store looks. I would highly recommend having a professional logo done up for your store, it’s a worthy investment.

Once your logo is finished, you can match the fonts and colors in your store to your logo. This is going to level up your store even more and make you look very professional.

FAVICON
I’d recommend adding a favicon so that your visitors can find you quickly when they have multiple tabs open in their browser. We did a video on how to upload a favicon that you can watch here:


SEO
One very important piece of selling is getting the right kind of traffic to your store, your target audience ((high traffic is not a good thing if it is the wrong kind of traffic). Good SEO will help you  reach your intended audience organically. By default, Shopify will pull your product titles and descriptions and use that as your SEO (that is what is happening in your case). You don't want to leave your SEO to default, you want to make sure you include the same words that a person trying to find your product would search in Google. We created a video walking you through how to do your SEO that you can watch here: 

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
I’d recommend working on your product descriptions. There are things you can add in and change in order to increase conversions. We did a video all about this which you can watch here:

SHIPPING
You need to add in an estimated shipping time at checkout. For some people, shipping time can be a deal breaker so they won’t proceed with their purchase without that information.
If you are concerned that displaying longer shipping times will turn people off, I would say that for some it might but long-term, you want happy customers so it's better to say up front, "hey, this could take up to 3-4 weeks to arrive" rather than not giving a shipping time and then getting an email 2 weeks later from an unhappy customer wondering where their package is.

POWERED BY SHOPIFY
This is completely optional but if you’d like to remove the text “Powered by Shopify” at the bottom, here is how to do it:

HOMEPAGE BANNER
I'd recommend adding in a homepage banner. That main banner area is prime real estate for selling.  One of the keys of selling is getting inside your customers head, what problem do they have that you can solve? What words or phrases do they use that you can as well to show that you understand their needs. We recommend using this type of text in your banner. For the format, we recommend having a professional photo of your products, a title introducing your brand or product, a line of text underneath that expands on your title and a call to action button such as "Shop Now". Here is an example:
