Hi there, @thebesttailor. Thanks for sharing your store. As I can see, there're a few areas that could be the generic cause for no sales if you're getting the right source of traffic:

- Unclear brand value on homepage: First-time visitors may leave without understanding what you offer, especially since your store is not a well-known brand. For example, 'Colorful Outfits for Spring' doesn't explain what makes your brands unique, so consider adding a clear tagline like 'Handcrafted Linen from Eastern Heritage'.

- No sticky navigation: The header and 'Free Shipping Worldwide' banner is not sticky, making it less noticeable for visitors when they have a long stay on the page and want to discover more easily.

Screenshot_13.png

- Almost no real product reviews yet in product pages (though you've already installed a review app): Visitors will rely on social proof to trust both the product and the brand. You can start collecting reviews from previous buyers of some best-seller products to break the 0-review barrier, then showcasing them more prominently.

- Labels/Badges: You've already got the basics in place with 'SALE' labels, which is great to see! However, the labels only shows on product images when they're in collection pages, and nowhere to be found when in product pages.

If you are open to expanding on that, our DECO Product Labels and Badges app might cater to your needs well. Simply put, it helps you add gentle visual cues like Low Stock, X% Discount, etc. based on the logic you want to set (automatically!), guiding visitors and highlight what matters when you're working with new visitors from ads traffic.

I hope you'll getting the customers soon. Happy selling! 🙂

Hi, I’m Wayne from Akohub. We have been working with many brands to run online stores. After viewing your website, I believe our expertise could add value to your business.

First off, your website created a warm and inviting feeling which is important for fashion and lifestyle brands. The use of environmentally friendly fabrics and the thoughtful presentation of your materials show your dedication. I noticed that some of your product images appear a bit blurry.

Online shoppers can’t touch or try on your items, so clear images are pretty essential. Investing some time in updating your photos could make a big difference on your conversion rate.

Since you’ve already launched Pinterest ads but as many shoppers don’t purchase on their first visit, retargeting can be a game changer. Retargeting campaigns allow you to reach out to people who have recently visited your website and remind them of the pieces they viewed. This approach is effective because it keeps your brand top-of-mind and encourages people to return, and it is proven to perform a better ROAS as well.

Another opportunity for boosting sales is adding a loyalty program to your site. I noticed you don’t have a loyalty widget yet, and it’s something that can really foster purchases. Loyalty programs reward customers by offering benefits like discounts, points, or exclusive offers. Not only does this make shoppers feel valued but it also gives them a reason to place an order or come back to your store, which can help increase your conversion rate and build a community of loyal customers.

To make things easier, feel free to check out our Ako Marketing app. It’s designed to help set up both retargeting campaigns and a loyalty program without any hassle, allows you to reach out to visitors who left without buying, and reward those who return all in one place. This could be the boost for your shop and turn more browsers into returning customers.

Best wishes! If you have any more questions or need a free professional consultation, feel free to let us know! Don't forget to like and mark it as a solution if you find this helpful.

Hi @thebesttailor

Thanks for reaching out to the Shopify Community! I'm Donna from MooseDesk app, I can tell you have put a lot of effort into building your store. Here are some of my recommendations for better customer experience, please kindly check 😍

1. Revamp your image at homepage

The overall structure of your homepage is clean and well-organized, but the hero/banner images appear quite blurry, especially on desktop view. Since you’re in the high-end tailoring space, sharp, high-quality visuals are super important to create a premium first impression. Updating these with clearer, professionally edited photos — ideally showing off your suits or customers in real-life contexts — could make a big difference.

2. Make use of testimonials or client photos

You could add a section showcasing reviews or photos from real clients wearing your suits. Social proof like this can go a long way in convincing new customers, especially in the custom fashion space. If you already have happy clients, a “Customer Gallery” or “What Our Clients Say” section would add a lot of credibility.

3. Add FAQ page on your chat widget

Sometimes customers want quick answers without having to start a full chat, or they might hesitate to reach out at all. Adding a small FAQ right inside your chat widget with common questions like “How long does shipping take?” or “Can I customize my order?” can really help. It makes visitors feel more confident and informed, and at the same time reduces repetitive questions for your support team.

To address this, I recommend using MooseDesk, an app for creating unique FAQ pages for your customers and especially, it can be added on your chat widget.

Hello there @thebesttailor  Here are some suggestions I have on how your store could be improved even further

1) Use a sticky header to make navigation easier for customers which directly translates to a much better user experience score.

2) You should add some videos of the products on the homepage. This would help make it appear much more attractive for customers on the homepage.

3) You should include an About Us Page. This can help foster a stronger emotional connection between you and your potential customers.

I wish you and your store the best of luck!

Hi @thebesttailor ! I can see you're putting effort into Pinterest ads, but without being able to review your store in detail, here's a suggestion that could complement your current advertising efforts.

Additional Traffic Strategy:

Your blog content could be enhanced to attract more organic traffic and support your Pinterest advertising. Currently, your blog posts are quite short and don't fully leverage the SEO potential for a tailoring business. Longer, more comprehensive content about suit care, fashion trends, fitting tips, and style advice could help attract customers who are researching custom clothing options.

Additionally, you can use your blog content to naturally promote your products and services while providing valuable information - this creates a pathway from educational content to actual sales.

To improve this efficiently, Tapita AI SEO Blog Builder is completely free and can help create detailed, SEO-optimized blog posts about tailoring and fashion. The app also allows you to integrate product promotions directly within your blog content, helping convert readers into customers.

This organic traffic strategy could work alongside your Pinterest ads to increase overall visibility and conversions!
