Not getting any sales

Hi please someone help me as i am getting usually around 500-700 visitors a day and next to none sales my store is www.soundwavebiz.com

i have tried everything from facebook marketing seo are working great, have done instagram campaign but still just getting traffic not sales.

Hello @Soundwavebiz , we are PageFly team, first of all, congratulations on your store. So I've checked the store yours and I have a few feedback on it, and I hope it helps. 

1. Banner:

Banner is the first impression of your store. Your banner should be full width to align with other sections of your home pages. Your banner is lovely but I cannot tell what you're selling while looking at it.

2. Font and color of the text and CTA button 

The CTA Feature Product looks awkward and distracting. I would recommend you to make Shop Now button the most important CTA in the banner section. Please check colorhunt.com to know how to combine colors. 

 

3. The categories on menu bar 

your menu bar could be more diversified to optimize your product page. You have some essential tabs: Home, Shop.  I would suggest you add some more tabs such as: Contact us, featured collections, FAQs, or even product categories. That will make your customers to get to know you better. Therefore, their buying journey is much more enjoyable.

4. Sticky Header 

I would suggest you use ONE sticky header. A sticky menu header helps customers to reach out to the menu and access the menu anytime they want. 

5. CTA button for featured products 

Please add a "Add to Cart" button to featured products. It urges visitors to make the purchase and a great way to optimize your home page

6. Add Chat box 

Customers will feel more engaged in your store.

- Add categories in the header menu. Make your store easy to navigate. 

For getting more conversions and sales you can target your customers by sending automated emails that help to improve the relevancy and timeliness of your campaigns. You can use triggers and workflows to automatically send messages to consumers after they take a specific action. For some reason unknown to you, they leave without making a purchase but with email automation, you can make sure that this user receives an email shortly after they abandoned their cart, reminding them of what they left behind and asking if they need help completing their purchase. In this case, email marketing automation turns a missed opportunity into an opportunity to build a stronger relationship and make a sale.

- Make sure to enable automatic workflow emails/push for abandoned cart, win back old customers, welcome email, purchase follow-up, or browse abandoned customers.

- Send email campaigns and push campaigns.

- Add a newsletter sign-up popup with a discount code to entice customers to sign up and get a discount code on their first purchase. This will help you to capture more email addresses so you can target them later on via email campaigns.

Hi @Soundwavebiz ,

What audience you are targeting too? Have you added some specific filters like lookalikes or retargeting audiences?If you are generally advertising to any people basis on only on the country, you might be setting up things terribly wrong.

The card abandoned rates for any e-commerce store are generally upto 65% percent. Most of this people could be converted if they are reminded of there carts in advertisements. Try to create re-targeting campaigns to show people ads of products which they have left abandoned in there carts.

If you have enough of purchasers data, create lookalike audience of it to find people which might be interested in purchasing your store. This technique is called prospecting campaigns. Fb AI find very precised audience and promotes to people who will genuinely be interested in purchasing your products.

Try targeting lookalike of your past purchasers, this way you optimize campaign to find people with closest resemblance to people most likely to convert on your store. If you have significant abandoned cart, try retargeting campaigns. Most of sales for our clients comes in with this campaign. Try running prospecting campaigns for initial 30-45 days and once you have enough conversion start retargeting

Use this campaigns, we have seen our clients getting significant part of their sales by following below strategies:

  • Cart abandoned campaigns - Show ads to people who have left cart abandoned on your store
  • Best Seller Campaigns - Show people who visited your store in the last 30 days, a carousel ad of the best seller in your store. The data is refreshed on daily basis.
  • Discounts/Sales Campaigns - Give discount coupons to your existing customers who might be interested in a product
  • Prospecting Campaigns - Find new audience which are similar to people who have visited or purchased from your store.

  • Cross-sell /Upsell Campaigns- Cross sell or upsell products to audience who have already made a purchase from your store
