One product store help

I want to change my theme, I creating a one product store. how come Dawn is the only available theme for one product store.

Also how can i change my theme midway and still maintain the uploads i already did?

@Favvy once you changed your theme, you will have to redesign the store again from scratch because you are using  another theme entirely
