Hello. We are completely new to any online sales and was wondering if we are doing this correctly? We mainly market locally but have had many of our customers tell us to take it online but I'm afraid it's not going well and not even sure if our store looks good? Does anyone have some suggestions for us or should I just move on and keep doing craft shows? We want to continue online but we are not sure if this is our future. We are also not very savvy at marketing or social media but keep trying to improve ourselves by understanding how it all can improve us.

Hope you are doing good. Here are a few suggestions.
Logo: For Brand identity, you need a proper logo to represent your business as the logo needs more improvement on your website. It's a basic or important foundation for branding your business.
It’s important to note that your logo does not need to be exactly 410 pixels wide by 205 pixels high.
Front Images: Use good quality featured banner images with call-to-action buttons to captivate user attention. Use all images with good quality with the right dimension.
Homepage: Homepage designs guide your visitors around your website. To engage visitors you need to work on the homepage layout design. Include trust indicators on the homepage. Homepage content should be strategically decided. You can add a ‘Call to action banner’ ‘New arrivals’, ‘Top selling products, Most popular collection, announcement bar, Today's deals and offers, etc on the homepage to engage users.
Add Blog: You know creating/adding blogs gives you a great way to generate fresh content on a website and provide a catalyst for email marketing, social media promotion to drive search traffic to your website.
Trust Signals: Show off trust signals and customer testimonials to boost conversion. Customer testimonials and trust Signals build customer's trust and help customers to feel more secure in their buying decision.
Client Reviews and testimonials of Happy Customer:
You will stand out. Customers will appreciate that you are invested in helping them. ...And they will be more invested in helping you.Happy customers will help you attract new business and will help you improve consumer confidence. …
Happy customers are more likely to remain loyal.
Improve SEO, links, usability, performance score for increase more conversion & sale (Your page could be better)

I have just taken a quick look at your website and here are some plus points:
Have a sticky header: This will help customers navigate from every part of the homepage to any page of your store more conveniently.
That being said, here are some suggestions for your store to boost the conversion rate:
1. Have a favicon for your store
This makes your store look unique and professional. You can check this Shopify guide - https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/online-store/images/add-favicon
2. Change the hero banner at the top of the homepage
The banner is very significant in hero material. It is the first thing customers see when they visit your website. Let's get consumers to know exactly what you're having in 5 seconds first.
I have to say this banner cannot display exactly what you're selling, not to mention it is of low quality. This might result in a high bounce rate so please change it to a new one.
3. Place a CTA button on the hero banner
A primary call to action button is one of the important things for a home page of an online store.
With this button, you will redirect customers to the page you want them to take action mostly. It can redirect to a collection page, a product page, etc.
It’s such a loss when you missed a “Shop all” button on your banner. A CTA button here will urge visitors to make the purchase and it is a great way to optimize your home page.
But please rest assured that all CTA buttons should have the same styling to enhance the conversion rate.
4. Align the products
As you can see in the screenshot below, the structure of the layout is messed up. You should adjust the same height and width to make the product media align with each other. So do the product title and product price. In this way, your store outlook would be more professional.
5. Add testimonials - customer reviews
Customer reviews are proof of your product quality. This section will help you build customers' trust. You can show rating stars for each product or you can add customer reviews as text and photos
6. Add a section about your brand story
A business can stand out with its brand story. A brand story helps customers understand more about your business and also helps your store look more attractive.
7. Fulfill your footer
Please fill your footer with necessary information about your store like social accounts, refund policy, return policy, contact us, and newsletter form,...
