Hi, I’ve been running my store for 5 days now and my Facebook ads for 3 days now I’ve gotten 1k session but no sales whatsoever can someone tell me what I’m doing wrong please :(?

2: Detailed Descriptions

Provide comprehensive descriptions that highlight key features, benefits, and specifications.

Here are a few tips for writing clear and concise product descriptions:

 

- Use bullet points to highlight key features and benefits of the product.

- Include specific details such as dimensions, materials used, and any unique selling points.

- Avoid using technical jargon or industry-specific terms that might confuse customers.

- Consider including customer reviews in your product description.

- Keep the description short and to the point, focusing on the most important information.

3: Call to Action (CTA)

Use clear and prominent CTAs throughout the website to guide users towards desired actions (e.g., "Add to Cart" or "Buy Now").

To make the price more prominent and attract customers' attention, you can consider increasing the font size, using a bright color to highlight the price, and placing it in a more prominent position on the product page. Adding  "Add to Cart" button near the price can make it easier for customers to quickly add the item to their cart without any extra effort. This will create a seamless shopping experience and encourage more conversions.

4: Contact us - FAQ Page

We have noticed that your store currently does not have a Help Center or FAQ section.   • Sticky header: customers can control their journey on your side
  • Overall, there are enough information for customers make decision

However, I see opportunities for improving th Conversion rate, and I hope that my suggestions can be beneficial to you.

1. Homepage

  • It's great that all sections of the Homepage fit within one screen. However, I suggest limiting the use of punctuation in the hero banner for a more professional appearance. Additionally, consider changing the color of the CTA button on the hero to make it more prominent.

  • Currently, the theme color lacks highlight features. I think you should choose different colors for the sale badge and heading text to make them stand out more. Also, this section is meant for sales, but there is a non-sale product featured; you might want to double-check that.

  • This section contains a lot of text. You could try using bold styling or different colored text to highlight key points, or incorporating images.

  • For benefits section, it has a valuable CRO tip: keep it simple and detailed for the best effect.

2. Product page

On the product page, it will be better if the section like "Frequently bought together" placed in the buying section so customers can access all the important information and you can potentially upsell.

  • Moreover, this product is quite impressive. You can consider featuring it on the Homepage as one of the Featured Products.

3. Collection page

  • A straightforward title immediately tells visitors what they can expect, and it also good for SEO

  • Have a secondary hover image: allows customers to examine the product more closely before making a purchase decision. Also, please be consistent when choosing thumbnail images
