Payout Help! Please This is the most frustrating. Ready to move to Square!

I want to change my payout account from old to new.  It will not let me change because Initially put in the information incorrect.  Now it's correct.  Need help, Need technical support.  For something so important.  Help is not simplistic enough.  I've been waiting months.

We'll need to access your account and assist you with an alternative verification process to update your information since you're unable to go through the verification successfully when attempting to update the bank account connected to your Shopify Payments account.
