If the 2-Step Authentication is enabled..what does it take to receive a payout?

Have you set up your Shopify Payments account? You will receive your payouts the same way if you have 2-step authentication enabled or not. You will get a deposit into the bank account you attached to your account.

Thank you for replying, however, this has not resolved my problem. I have still not been able to receive any payouts since January 31st. I am not happy at this time

I recommend reaching out to our Support Team, as they can provide you with account-specific information on what is happening with your payout.
