Is this only me who has this problem? My ticket has been escalated long time ago with no progress, no updates, no changes in terms of service. But I am charged for providing this non-working service.
Chats with support always end with promises to solve it ASAP. Which after a month sounds pathetic.
I am also told that they have too much work daily, so I have to be patient.
Never had such a bad service for over 30 years.
