Paypal and Facebook

I've been having a problem with Paypal on my shop. It doesn't process payments because it shows that my store has account limitations on Paypal and when I check my Paypal, there are no account limitations. Also, I've been having a problem with Facebook for awhile now. It doesn't let me use my Ad Account which gives me problems with setting up my store on Instagram. I don't know how to fix these problems.
