Hi!

 

I just started a store to sell chargers. The idea was to sell cheap but qualityful chargers. 

What do you guys think of the layout? Do you think this could work?

 

I got some hundred people that came to the website but no sales...

What is the problem?

First of all, congratulation on your hard work. Here's a thing,  your store seems fine, but it's just fine, there's nothing looks impressive to keep the customers stay in your site. Here is a few thing you can try to improve to make your store even better and increase your conversion rate:

- You can highlight the promotion bar to make it eye-catching.

- Text on hero banner is being overlayed on the image, customers may find it hard to read.

- CTA buttons can be highlighted and make them look more clickable.

- You can make the product titles bigger or change the prices color to make them look separately and make them eye-catching.

- You can also add a testimonials section on the homepage to increase your brand trustworthy, or star reviews bar next to each products to make them more appealing. 

- Also, check your check out page, some stores lose their customers because the check out page doesn't work, make sure your check out page accept all kind of payments.

I think I have some more suggestions for you to improve your Product pages. It's obviously important page for your clients making buying decisions.

 

1. Improve the product description display

Product descriptions should be clear, concise, and easy to read. Avoid unnecessary technical jargon and provide information in a straightforward manner. Your "Specifications" part is too long even on the desktop or mobile. We have to scroll down so long to check it.
You should consider breaking down the information into bullet points or sections. This can help customers quickly scan the page for the key details they're interested in and make sure to emphasize the unique selling points of the product.

You can use Accordion, Slideshow or Tab element to show more information in a smaller space. The client can choose to read more or not with these functions. If there are many things to show off, you can separate more sections below to show all the product highlighted features. Here are some example for product features:

2. Add shipping, warranty and return policy

Clearly outline any shippings, warranties, guarantees, or return policies associated with the product. This helps build trust and reassures customers about the quality of the product.

3. Add video demonstrations

Include a short video demonstrating how the product works or showcasing its key features. This can provide a more dynamic and engaging experience for potential customers.

 

4. Add FAQ Section

Anticipate common questions that customers might have about the product and provide answers in a Frequently Asked Questions section. This can save customers time and help them feel more confident in their purchase decision. I found this example for you:

5. Add promotion elements to create FOMO

Consider incorporating elements that create a sense of urgency and entice potential customers with exclusive offers. This could include a limited-time coupon code, a discounted percentage, and a countdown timer. By doing so with this holiday seasons (Halloween/BFCM/Christmas,...), you'll tap into the Fear of Missing Out (FOMO) phenomenon, encouraging visitors to make a purchase promptly to take advantage of these special deals.
