Hi @thebesttailor 

The first thing I noticed is that your home page has an image carousel. People do not like image carousels because they have trouble seeing the images, and they are more difficult to interact with on the phone.

One solution is to create an image with your most popular products and use Shoppable Image Hotspots

 

The app lets you add links to your images, which will pop up when people hover over the products in the images.

 

This is more engaging and easier for visitors to see your products.SIH5.png

You’ve done a really good job with the store. The visuals are clean, your branding looks strong, and the overall layout feels well thought out. It definitely gives a professional impression.

A few suggestions that might help improve the shopping experience and conversions:

  • You're currently redirecting users to the full cart page after they add a product. I'd suggest enabling the theme's built-in cart drawer if available. If not, you can explore a free app like VTN Cart Pro to make the add-to-cart flow smoother.

  • The desktop header feels a bit taller than usual. Reducing its height slightly can help display more content in the first fold, which can be especially useful for new visitors.

  • The video section on the homepage takes a little extra time to load. You might want to check if it can be optimized or replaced with a lighter version.

  • The cart icon is currently placed a bit off from where customers expect it. It should ideally be in the far right corner of the header. On mobile, I also noticed a bit of spacing on the right side of the screen. Check my screenshot

  • I couldn't find an option to create a customer account easily. Consider enabling the new Shopify account login, which lets users sign in with just email and OTP without a password. It feels much more modern and user-friendly.

  • I also didn’t see a wishlist option. This is quite helpful in fashion stores where customers often like to browse and save items. You can go with any wishlist app, but VTN Power Wishlist is a nice option to start with.
  • Lastly, your filters on the collection pages are quite limited. Adding filters like size and color can make product discovery a lot easier, especially when the catalog grows.

  1. Adjust Navigation Bar Height

One small piece of feedback I noticed while browsing: the navigation bar currently takes up quite a large portion of the screen, especially on the homepage. It feels a bit too tall and ends up covering most of the hero section, which makes it harder to appreciate the beautiful imagery or messaging right away. Maybe consider reducing the height a little, so users can immediately see more of your content and get a stronger first impression.

2. Use date delivery 

Customers can make better-informed decisions about their purchase if you display an estimated delivery date or range near the "Add to Cart" button. You can consider adding a delivery date calculator that updates based on the user's location.

3. Refine your Contact Us page

I notice that your current Contact Us page is still using Shopify template. To be consistent with your overall style and design, I suggest using Contact Us template from MooseDesk App - a free Live Chat, FAQ.
