It seams like there is plenty of traffic but not sales, i make all my own stuff so could really us some feedback if it is the products, price, or something else anyways could really use some input on what i should do to get this site working www.studio5woodworking.com

A few things noticed:

- favicon icon missing

- image sizes are not equal 

- missing content on homepage

- missing reviews on product pages

- no key features clearly explained on why should someone buy your products etc...

- product description not long enough

- missing navigation in footer and legal pages

- no trust established with the users

- no testimonials or feedback about previous satisfied customers

....

I like how you have:

  • Hover effect of an image when mouse over 
  • Have a clear and CTA button on the banner
  • Consistent brand images

Besides these things, I have some comments and suggestions for you:

1. Homepage

I think we can make some improvements on the layout with

About us section 

I think you should separate this section into 2 columns, one with images and the other with text and a short introduction about your store, then a Call-to-action to redirect them to the About us store. However, I think we should move this section to the bottom of the page, you don't want them to leave the storefront right after they visit.

Also, you might want to improve this section to match the Sale season atmosphere. Maybe put the promotion on the hero banner.

For the Custom service. I think you can also put this section into 2 columns, 1 column show the custom product you made and the other shows service's name, and a short introduction about it and the CTA like "Register now".

2. The footer 

You might want to add the site map in the footer with links to the Shipping info, Refund Policy and Term of Services to make your store more transparent, and also Link to All products page or About Us.

3. The collection page.

Make sure to assign featured pictures to all collections for the best visual. 
About the product list, I think we can improve on:
Display a Secondary Thumbnail on Hover: Users need as much visual information as they can get about products in the product list, and displaying only a single static image is a missed opportunity to provide additional visual details.
For your store product, besides standard “Cutout" thumbnails, you can add a hover image such as “Product Variant".
Add a CTA button like “Shop now" or “Add to cart" in the product list.

4. The product page 

Provide more Product Images for All Products: Users heavily rely on a variety of product images to inspect and evaluate products and decide if the product matches what they are seeking, but are sometimes not provided with sufficient visual information.
Always provide no fewer than 3–5 images for all products, focus on realistic products in use images. 

Display or Link to the Return Policy from the Main Product Page Content: 
Even if the return policy is located in the sitewide header or footer, it can be difficult to find. Customers will get hesitant to shop online because they are not able to fully see, hold, or test a product before buying it. Return and exchange policy should be findable on the product page.
The actual return policy, in particular, the duration and the payment of return shipping, is highly impactful to site conversions. However, you should take extra care to make your policy easy to read and clear for customers.

Another idea is making your product images the same size, or at least the feature images to avoid this situation

Also, consider adding testimonials and social proofs to make your store more trustworthy and more engaged to customers.
