Hello @navyjane
Hope you are doing good. Your store looks nice and here are few suggestions.
Add a favicon which helps to find your store when customer had multiple tabs in their browser.
Add a nice logo, it gives Identity and separates from the competition.
Make Sticky header bit smaller, so that rest of the page flows better.
Add Shop Now(CTA) on the hero banner.
Add few products from different collections with ATC(add to cart), on the homepage.
Add Testimonials or reviews on the homepage to build trust with the visitors.
Include Blog page, Blog posting will allow you to show your followers a personal side of your business. In this way you can engage with Existing and New customers.
You can promote your products with word of mouth strategy. Boost your sales with the app from the shopify app store which helps to increase your sales.
There is no terms and conditions checkbox at checkout. I suggest you to install an app from shopify app store which provides 'I agree to the Terms and Conditions' before checkout .As it makes easy for the customer to read your terms and policies.
You can also sell your products on Etsy marketplace as it is very good platform to sell unique, handmade and Vintage goods . If you are already selling on Etsy store consider our Etsy Integration app in the shopify app store. Etsy is a Huge marketplace for selling creative goods such as art & collectibles, crafts & supplies, jewellery &accessories and more, if you have any unique/handmade/vintage goods in your store, you can give further exposure to your products.

Hi, @navyjane!
Thanks for reaching out in our Community forums and for sharing your store link, I would be happy to share some feedback on your shop!
I really enjoyed looking through your store and products, it looks like you have a lot of great options for your customers. The first thing is that your media is high quality and your theme’s colour scheme is awesome. Your navigation is also very polished and it’s easy to find what you’re looking for. One suggestion would be to replace the Shop section with Apparel or Clothing as this will let the customer know what is in the dropdown right away.
I did also notice that on some of your product pages, you have a few sections that are not filled out completely:
Updating these pages is important as you want your store to look as complete as possible, without any templates or erros. A good idea to fill up these sections would be with customer reviews. Adding reviews is a great way to get real customers to persuade new ones and allows potential shoppers to gather more information about the product. You can check out this resource on How to Encourage Customer Reviews to learn more about the methods on obtaining honest reviews and the benefits they have on your business. Also, free to view The General Checklist as it’s a great tool that will ensure that you have your Shopify store all set up and ready for customers to make purchases on.
A great way to build your brand content is through introducing blogs to your store. Adding a blog can let you tell stories that convert visitors into customers, increase engagement and improve your store’s SEO. You can check out this resource on the How to Start a Blog to view a step-by-step guide on what content to write about.
Another great suggestion is to add Shopify Inbox to your shop. This app allows you to interact with potential customers and provide tailored recommendations, should they have any questions. This is done through a chat option that is located directly on your store and integrates with other messaging channels like Facebook Messenger and Apple Business Chat. Take a look at our Shopify Inbox Guide on how to set this up.
I’d love to know more about your business! Do you have any marketing initiatives to promote your brand and products?

Hi Lauren @navyjane,
This is PageFly - Free Landing Page Builder. I would love to provide my advice for your store based on 6 years of providing solutions for about 100.000 active Shopify merchants.
I have just taken a quick look at your website and I picked up some plus points are:
However, I would like to give you some suggestions about your store so that you could consider changing and hope that the conversion rate is increased accordingly.
1. Remove the white space under the header
If there is no redundant space, your page would be much more appealing
2. Make sure your featured image is easily looked
It is of great importance that the featured image should describe what you are selling within the 5 first minutes of accessing your store. You’ve done great at this part. But it would be ideal if your featured image could be seen full when looking at the page for the first time.
Also, please make your slideshow autoplay and auto-switch so the customers will know that there is a variety of options available to shop.
3. Place a CTA button on all featured images
As you might know, a primary call to action button is one of the important things for a home page of an online store. With this button, you will redirect customers to the page you want them to take action mostly. It can redirect to a collection page, or a product page, probably enhancing the conversion rates.
Thus, it is such a loss if you do not place a CTA button on this slideshow. Please rest assured that all CTA buttons will have the same styling to boost the conversion rate well.
4. Align content centered
As you can see in my screenshot below, the products should be centered together with the heading. Or else, there is a huge white space on the right side and nothing displayed there. Please kindly check this part. Then, I believe your store outlook would be more professional to the customers.
5. Check media
Your product is great but some media as you might see are not shown on your live product page. So I highly recommend you optimize the image before uploading it and check this issue again.
Last but not least, here are my other recommendations for you, feel free to consider them applied to your store:
=> What helps you to build your store more easily, especially what helps you to build all options I comment on above is a page builder.
It would be a good choice for you to have professional sites that look incredible on mobile & desktop without any extra coding, and you will have lots more time focusing on marketing strategies, so you can consider checking PageFly.
If you feel my answer is helpful, please give it a LIKE. Let me know if you have any questions.
Cheers!

Hello @navyjane
Hope you are doing well! Your shop looks very neat and organized. Good job is done there. The theme matches your products very well.
Here are some areas where you could consider working on
A good idea is to have your newsletter as a popup so that it shows up when the customer enters the home page. This will make it more visible and attract more people to your newsletter from where you can target more interested people.
Add a sticky header. The headings are important to navigate the site. If the headers keep disappearing, it makes it hard to find what the customer is looking for. That is why if you make your headers sticky, the user can see them even if they have scrolled down, which makes the site more user friendly.
You can also consider making your headings a bit bigger or bolder, so that they catch the eye more easily.
Because this is an online store and people cannot touch and feel your products before buying them, they rely heavily on product images, which is why the images have to look top-notch.
The main problem most Shopify store owners have is that they upload raw images of their products. On the website, this makes the product color dull and unappealing.
Rule of thumb - never post unprocessed images on your website. In case you are looking to make your images sharp and professional, contact CutOutWiz for any image-related solutions.
Especially for this kind of product, it is a good idea to have multiple images of the product, from multiple angles, so that the customer can have a feel of what they are buying. If you are looking for an image processing company that will solve all your needs, you can check out CutOutWiz.
Use a star rating widget to let website visitors evaluate your business. They create standardization, allowing customers to compare different products easily. It also helps you get feedback about your products.
You will be surprised how much you can benefit from a chatbot. It can collect your necessary customer data, help you analyze which stuffs are trending or in more demand, and overall solve your problems by answering common questions so you won't have to.
I see that your store doesn’t have a Favicon. Having a favicon on your website is crucial. It makes your site recognizable on browser tabs, but it too gives a professional look to your website.
Hope this helps you. If you find it useful, leave a like to let me know! Happy Selling! Thank you and the Very Best of Luck to you!
