Feedback for your online store from the community

Thanks for your message, I would be happy to provide you with some feedback for your shop. First off, I really enjoyed checking out your shop, it looks like you are offering some great products for your customers. That said, the first thing I would suggest would be to take a look at your logo, it seems to be a little small and blurry:
We have a great guide called Uploading images, that I recommend you check out. It walks through our recommended resolutions and aspect ratios when uploading images to your shop. I would also reference this guide for some of your product and promotion photography, as some additional images on your shop are blurry as well:We typically recommend using 2048 x 2048 pixels for square product photos.
Something else that I noticed, was your product description colour is a little tough to see against your store background, I may suggest changing the color to make it pop more:
I really love your inclusion of an "About us" page and enjoyed learning more about you, your history and where you came from. This is an excellent idea for building customer retention and trust with your shop. That said, I would suggest moving this information to its own page, and then adding it to either the footer of your website or the main menu for easy access (you could even add it to both):If you need a refresher on how you can add menu items, check out our navigation guide here for a refresher.
It looks like you have some information about shipping up here in the corner of your shop:
Is this an announcement banner you have added somehow? If so, how did you add this, was it directly through your theme or via an app? I would suggest removing this and either added the announcement banner through your theme settings if your theme allows it. We have a great guide here, that talks about adding an announcement banner through your theme, however, this is only available on some themes. If you do not have this option available, you can always look into a third-party app like:
- Bannerfly
- All announcement banners
In regards to your shop in getting traffic, but not many sales, this is quite common for shops. Are you currently running any sort of marketing or promotions for your store? and if so, I would love to hear more about what you are doing. It's a great and in-depth article, that offers some really great insight into this that I think would be beneficial for you and your shop moving forward. Overall, you have a great product, with a great backstory and with a little tweaking and diving into traffic and market research I think you will start seeing some fantastic sales flowing in.

Hope you are doing good. Your store looks nice and here are few suggestions.
Make a Sticky header for easy navigation. It helps customer to access menu at any time they want.
Expand hero banner to full width and add shop Now(CTA) on it. As it gives first impression when customer lands on the homepage.
Maintain separate 'About us' page and provide under the quick links, also on header section.
Add Testimonials or reviews on the homepage to build trust with the visitors.
Include Blog page, Blog posting will allow you to show your followers a personal side of your business. In this way you can engage with Existing and New customers.
Make social links open on new tab.
You can promote your products with word of mouth strategy. Boost your sales with the app from the shopify app store which helps to increase your sales.
There is no terms and conditions checkbox at checkout. I suggest you to install an app from shopify app store which provides 'I agree to the Terms and Conditions' before checkout .As it makes easy for the customer to read your terms and policies.
You can also sell your products on Etsy marketplace as it is very good platform to sell unique, handmade and Vintage goods . If you are already selling on Etsy store consider our Etsy Integration app in the shopify app store. Etsy is a Huge marketplace for selling creative goods such as art & collectibles, crafts & supplies, jewellery &accessories and more, if you have any unique/handmade/vintage goods in your store, you can give further exposure to your products.

Besides, so many products on your website can make customers get lost. They may stick to discovering all your beautiful products and take a long time to make a buying decision. You can totally solve this problem by adding a sticky cart displaying on any page on your website. It is always visible and reminds customers to check out for their chosen products in the cart.
