- The viewport is too small. Make it larger.

- Give product recommendations to your customers by personalizing their shopping experience. Add a new, trending, recently viewed section on the home page. For this, you can install the app AiTrillion and simply enable the product recommendations. 

- Enable Social media conversion techniques on the store for better conversion.

- Add a discount popup to entice customers. Give customers a discount on signing up. Reveal discount code.

- Add a reward program for giving points and let customers redeem on their next purchase.

- Add web push notifications on your store and it will help you in reaching your customers and visitors directly.

These tools will help you to engage visitors coming to your store and convert them into paying customers. If your store is engaging it reduces the bounce rate.
