Please review my store and give me feedback

I started this store a couple weeks ago, can anyone please review it on mobile and desktop and tell me when i need to improve. The store is called:      printune.shop

You store looks amazing. There's just a couple of things to optimize to increase your conversion rate and enhance UX experience. Check them out:

 

1. Home Page

  •  Slideshow speed is too fast, please slow it down so visitors can have time to check it all out
  • Add Product Collection Section: Under the hero banner, add a section that provides a general overview of your product offerings. This helps customers quickly understand what you sell and whether you have what they are looking for.

Here is an example for you:

  • Add About Us section: Include a brief section about you and your store.
  • Add a Highlighted Product: feature a winning product

2. Have an FAQ page.

 

Reason: Customed products buyer have a lot of questions, include some of most frequently asked ones will help you increase conversion rate

 

Consider using app like MooseDesk - FAQ Builder to quickly build an FAQ page (for free). Here's an example:

3. Add Customer Support widget

 

Have a widget with button for order tracking, FAQ will have customize to sort their problems out. Even if they don't, they can send a ticket/chat to you 

 

We offer a support widget like that for free with Live Chat, Ticket system, FAQ in widget, order tracking, Whatsapp in widget :).

 

If you ever care about optimize UX  and provide increase retention rate, having such support widget helps a lot.
