I've taken a look at your website and would like to commend you on a few things -
About Us section - It's great that you've placed a statement about your business on the home page. This is important for your customers to see what your brand is about and who is behind it. This also creates trust with your customers which is an important factor with online businesses.
Reviews - Customers need confidence when placing an order on your website and this can be gained through the proof of previous customers on your store. So it's great to see that you have this featured on the home page.
FAQ page - This is an overlooked asset to a website so it's awesome that you've gone ahead and added this page to your website. A customer usually doesn't continue with making a final purchase if they have unanswered questions about anything regarding your business. It's best that they can find the answer promptly on the website.
I would like to make a couple of suggestions that you can consider -
Create a sub-menu under your "All Products" tab - This creates a smoother customer experience through your website. Customers will be able to find the category of items they're after without confusion. I can see you've placed the different collections on your home page, but it may be easier to find if it were part of your main menu.
Shipping Policy - A shipping policy helps manage expectations of your customers and clarifies any questions regarding your shipping process (much like a FAQ page). We have a great blog on Creating a Shipping Policy.
Store Speed - In order to check your store speed, you can go through to ** Analytics > Reports > Behaviour > Online Store Speed**. This section will provide you with your store speed and how this is calculated. You can improve this store speed by deleting any irrelevant apps, disable theme features you don't use etc. Take a look at this guide for more tips.
There is always something to improve on when running an online business so definitely look through everything I've mentioned above.
You've mentioned that you have a low conversion rate of 1%. I would recommend adding more Call-To-Action buttons on your home page, such as "Shop Now". I don't see a lot of this on the website at the moment so look into where you can implement these CTA buttons. It will also benefit your business to place an image on the home page that represents clearly what you sell as soon as a customer lands on your site. I've taken a look at your store. Nice products! I've some suggestions to increase the conversion rate.
1. Change the header menu "Home page" to "Home"
2. Add 'New Arrivals' section to help customers keep updated on new products.
3. Add product reviews as most of the customers read the review before purchasing the product.
4. Add social media for the store to increase the traffic. Having social media is a great way to grow your business, allowing you to tap into new audiences and gain more customers.
5. Add About Us page which is a reflection of the purpose and personality of the business.
6. Add a section for email Newsletter in the footer to give updates pertaining to your business, products, and services.
7. Add more specific product title/url in product pages.
Creating the perfect SEO product title/url can help the search engine understand exactly what it is you are selling and drive more traffic to your site. So try to keep the product title/url unique and more specific.
8. Add filters in collection pages to help your visitors narrow in on the specific product they're looking for and find products they might be interested in based on certain features (e.g. size, color, category)
You will get less sales and traffic if your products are not found on Google. I understand how it can be frustrating to be doing everything right but still not getting your traffic converted to sales. You may find comfort in knowing that you're not the only one on that boat. Millions of Shopify store owners are facing the same problem. This is not because you are necessarily doing something wrong, but rather because Sales is an organic process, involving people getting to know you, visiting your brand, looking at your products, comparing them with others, and finally making the decision to purchase from you. So this takes some time, during which you have to hold on tight. People tend to buy more from people they can easily relate to. If you share your journey, your goals, and your aspirations with your customers, it will be easier for people to connect with you. If you can create an emotional connection with your visitors, people are sure to buy products from you.
It is a good idea to place a banner on the homepage that tells your customers exactly what they are looking for. You may add a separate banner for each of your product types
Your banner looks very good and matches your theme and product. Consider, however, adding a Shop Now button to your banner, which will take you directly to the relevant product page.
It is a good idea to have multiple slides on your banner (each should stay for around 5seconds) for each product type and have the CTA buttons for each slide redirect the customer to a different product page.
Use a star rating widget to let website visitors evaluate your business. They create standardization, allowing customers to compare different products easily. It also helps you get feedback about your products.
You will be surprised how much you can benefit from a chatbot. It can collect your necessary customer data, help you analyze which stuffs are trending or in more demand, and overall solve your problems by answering common questions so you won't have to.
Customers read user reviews more than they read product descriptions. If they find that 50 other people have liked your product and have purchased from you, it helps your credibility and they feel safer buying from you. So try to add some reviews of your products and services to your homepage.

Add a logo on header section, which gives Identity and separates from the competition.
Add Shop Now(CAT) on the hero banner.
Include Blog page, Blog posting will allow you to show your followers a personal side of your business. In this way you can engage with Existing and New customers.
Add few products with ATC(add to cart) button on the homepage.
Add ATC(add to cart) buttons in "All Products" Section.
Promote your products on social media and provide links at the footer section.
Update contact us page with more contact details, which builds trust on your store.

There is no terms and conditions checkbox at checkout. I suggest you to install an app from shopify app store which provides 'I agree to the Terms and Conditions' before checkout .As it makes easy for the customer to read your terms and policies.
There are no reviews on your products. Add product review app, so that customer can write a review on the products they purchase from your store.
You can also sell your products on Etsy marketplace as it is very good platform to sell unique, handmade and Vintage goods .
