Hello @vivahabitat

Hope you're doing well. I checked your store and found a few areas for improvement that could enhance your store’s performance.

  1. First while I'm scrolling the homepage, the review on the trust pilot overlaps.

  2. Navbar info dropdown of some menus is not visible properly.

  3. The header store icon makes little bit smaller.
  4. For store page speed improvement use google lighthouse and identify issues.
  5. Also, add Google Tag Manager.
  6. Also, add wishlist features for the product.
  7. If you want to add live chat support is quite good for customer queries.

The overall store looks great! I've checked most of the pages.

Hi @vivahabitat I'm Tracy from BON Loyalty, the top-rated Shopify loyalty app.

I just wanted to say that you're doing a great job! I can see the dedication and effort put into the website design. To enhance the buying experience from a customer’s perspective, I have a few suggestions that might help:
1. Optimize the navigation bar: You should consider reducing its size, especially the logo and search bar, could create more space for viewing your products.
2. Improve readability: The text in the navigation bar could use a stronger contrast to enhance visibility, particularly for older customers (e.g., those around 60 years old).

3. Get mor product reviews:
Besides featuring a few Trustpilot reviews, consider gathering more customer reviews for each product and displaying them directly on product pages or displaying review rating right below the price (Check the screenshot below). There are several Shopify apps like Judge.me, Fera, or LAI Product Reviews that can help with this.

I hope these suggestions are helpful! Looking forward to seeing your website grow.

Hi @vivahabitat

I've taken a close look at your website, Viva Habitat, and I appreciate the effort you've put into showcasing your furniture and home decor products. To better attract professionals aged 30 to 60 with an interest in interior design and unique decor, here are some suggestions:

1. Enhance Visual Appeal:

  • High-Quality Images: Ensure all product images are high-resolution and taken from multiple angles. This helps customers get a comprehensive view of the items.
  • Lifestyle Photos: Incorporate images of products within styled rooms to help customers visualize them in real-life settings.

2. Improve Navigation:

  • Intuitive Categories: Organize products into clear, intuitive categories. For example, under "Living Room," include subcategories like "Sofas," "Coffee Tables," and "Lighting."
  • Search Functionality: Implement a robust search feature with filters for price, material, color, and style to help users find products quickly.

3. Detailed Product Descriptions:

  • Comprehensive Details: Provide detailed descriptions, including dimensions, materials used, care instructions, and the story behind the design. This transparency builds trust with customers.

4. User Experience (UX):

  • Responsive Design: Ensure your website is mobile-friendly, as many users browse on their phones.
  • Loading Speed: Optimize images and site elements to ensure quick loading times, enhancing the overall user experience.

5. Build Trust:

  • Customer Reviews: Feature customer testimonials and reviews to provide social proof of your products' quality.
  • Clear Policies: Clearly outline your return, shipping, and privacy policies to reassure potential buyers.

6. Content Marketing:

  • Blog Posts: Start a blog offering interior design tips, trends, and how-to guides. This positions your brand as an authority in the field and can improve SEO.
  • Email Newsletter: Collect email addresses to send newsletters featuring new arrivals, promotions, and design inspiration.

7. Leverage Social Media:

  • Engaging Content: Share high-quality images, behind-the-scenes looks, and customer photos on platforms like Instagram and Pinterest to engage with your audience.
  • Interactive Features: Consider adding features like virtual showrooms or augmented reality tools that allow customers to visualize products in their own spaces.

By implementing these suggestions, you can create a more engaging and user-friendly experience that resonates with your target audience.

If you need any other assistance, feel free to reply and I will try my best to help.

Best regards,

Daisy
