Hi everyone,

I have soft launched my online store: https://greentiger.co/

We're selling personal care and home goods with a focus on sustainability. We will have a brick and mortar starting in June. I would love to get feedback on how to make this site better. I used the Impulse theme and with additional customizations (from my limited coding ability and extensive help from this community!). There are a few other things I couldn't figure out on my own, so I'll hire an expert to help me with that.

Let me know your thoughts. Thanks so much!

Hi ,

This is Kate from PageFly - Shopify Advanced Page Builder app.

I'm genuinely impressed with your website. Your site has a stylish flair while remaining clean, clear, and professional. From my CRO expertise, I’d love to give you my suggestions to improve your conversion rates.

General

1. Prepare for the holiday campaign

You should prepare for holiday campaign or campaign for some special day because these periods often see a significant surge in consumer spending. Tailored holiday promotions can capitalize on this increased shopping activity, driving higher sales, attracting new customers, and enhancing brand visibility.

  • Use Mother’s day template: You can check my example of our Crystal Mother S Day Template

  • Product list:
    - Feature special discounts, bundles, or gift sets prominently on your homepage to attract attention and encourage purchases.
    - Mother's Day Gift Guides: Curate gift guides or product collections tailored specifically for different types of mothers or interests to help customers find the perfect gift.
  • Create urgency with Countdown Timers: Use countdown timers or limited-time offers to create a sense of urgency and encourage customers to make a purchase before Mother's Day.

Homepage

1. Edit your navigation bar

You should Rearrange the navigation bar elements for better alignment and uniformity. Retain only essential navigation element and include a homepage link, allowing customers to easily return there from any page.

2. Add star rating and number of rating

PageFlyKate_2-1712282477146.png

You should Include Both the User Rating Average and the Number of Ratings in your product in product on your home page. Customers often check ratings, reviews, and feedback on the product before deciding to order it. You should include this section with your product information to get more trustworthy.

Other Page

1. Check your FAQ page

Currently, It show the blank page when I click on the FAQ’s navigation. You should add some FAQ section for your page or remove this FAQ’s navigation.

2. Add images for the Refill page

Currently, the content is extensive but consists solely of text. Consider adding illustrative images to your refill page to enhance visual appeal and improve the customer experience.

3. Check your Journal page

You should edit information: text, image for each collection or remove this journal page if you don’t need this page now.
