Hello @Joenil
I hope you are doing well and staying safe. There are a few suggestions i would like to make about your store.
Thanks,

Hi @Joenil! I'm Tracy from BON Loyalty, the top-rated Shopify loyalty app.
I want to start by saying that my intention is to help you increase your sales, and I hope my words don’t come across as harsh. If they do, I apologize in advance. I'm sharing this feedback because I genuinely believe it will make a difference.
The issue isn’t with your product—it’s more about your branding and store design. Unfortunately, it’s not enough to do the bare minimum on your website and hope customers will buy. A successful online store needs effort, trust, and clarity to convert visitors into buyers.
1. You have to build trust through your brand
One of the biggest challenges for single-product stores is building trust. This starts with creating a clear and credible brand. A good brand includes:
Without these elements, customers might worry the store is just running ads to make quick money, leaving them stuck if there’s an issue with the product. Building trust starts with creating a brand that feels genuine and reliable.
2. Optimize your store design
If your store sold multiple products, your current product page might be fine. But for a single-product store, the design needs to be much more focused.
And your homepage should act as the conversion page. This means:
To make the design stand out, you can use page builder apps like pagefly or gempages. For ideas, you can look at these two well-designed single-product stores: https://cookiechips.com/ and https://fybelle.com/
3. Using SEO to drive traffic
Using the product name in your store’s URL is a smart start for SEO. With the right strategy, SEO can help bring in organic traffic from people searching for your product on google. Learning some basic SEO techniques could give you a steady stream of potential customers.
With your current ad results, 16 clicks aren’t enough to draw any meaningful insights yet. At this point, it’s tough to identify patterns or trends.
What I’d suggest is setting a realistic conversion rate goal—something like the number of purchases you expect from a specific number of ad clicks. Use that target as a benchmark to measure your ad performance and make adjustments accordingly.
This way, instead of reacting too quickly to small results, you can fine-tune your ads based on solid expectations.
I hope this feedback helps. With a few changes, I believe your store will see much better results. Good luck! Feel free to reach out if you need more advice!
If you find these suggestions helpful for you, please let me know by giving BON Loyalty a 'LIKE' or marking it as a 'SOLUTION'. 😊
Best,
Tracy from the BON Loyalty team

Hi,
After browsing your website, my first impression is that it’s likely a new website and appears to be using Shopify's free theme "Dawn."
Building trust with your buyers is essential. Here are some suggestions:
1.You might consider investing a small amount to enhance your website’s appearance. You can purchase an attractive theme from various sources, which will save you from hiring a professional designer.
2.Share more stories on your homepage. You can use AI to help brainstorm story ideas, as engaging stories are more likely to attract visitors.
3.Highlight your return and refund policies to assure buyers of your service commitment.
4.Choose a popular product, and if a customer purchases it, ask them to write an authentic review.
5.Since the website is new, its SEO ranking may be low.
For instance, when I searched for your product’s name directly in Google, your website didn’t appear in the top 100 results.
Improving SEO can be challenging for those new to it, and SEO is a gradual process. However, as your website's SEO ranking improves, you’ll generate more organic traffic. This is why many people place significant value on SEO.
To enhance your website's SEO, you might want to try SEOAnt - AI SEO Optimizer.
Here’s how it can help improve the SEO of your website:
First, the SEO checker will evaluate some important SEO elements of your website, such as image Alt, H1, Meta title, Meta description, 404 errors, URL structure, favicon, canonical tags, SSL, encoding issues, and more.
After ensuring that the technical SEO elements of your website are healthy, you can move on to SEOAnt’s keyword research feature, where you can:
Check your keyword rankings and traffic. This allows you to understand the source of your website’s traffic and identify the most popular products on your site.
Analyze competitor keywords and select high-traffic, low-difficulty keywords to use for yourself. You can then monitor the changes after using these competitor keywords. If successful, your website’s ranking will improve.
Compare competitor keywords by analyzing the rankings and traffic of the same keywords on both your site and competitors’ sites. This also helps you understand the common keywords between your site and your competitors.
Once you have added the keywords you find suitable, apply them to your pages in the "on-page SEO" section. You can use the AI Writer feature to help generate high-quality content.
Next are the SEO tasks that can be completed with just the click of a button, which are also crucial SEO functions. Start by improving your website’s loading speed. This can be achieved by losslessly compressing images on your site. When users visit your website, limit the loading of third-party resources and the execution of unnecessary programs. Please see the screenshots.
Then, enhance your website’s Search Appearance, making your pages more attractive, such as with Google Structured Data and Local Business. Please see the screenshots.
Next, manage the link aspects of your website:
1.Broken Links: Regularly checking and fixing broken links maintains search engine rankings and prevents traffic loss. Fix broken links.
2.Exchange Backlink: Increase your website’s authority by acquiring more backlinks.
3.Set up an HTML Sitemap.
In short, SEOAnt-AI SEO helps you cover all the necessary elements of SEO within one app. Even if you are not familiar with SEO, many features can be automatically handled by simply turning on a switch.
SEOAnt would like to offer a 40% Off to users who try installing the SEOAnt-AI SEO app. Please install it through this link, then enter "SEOAnt-AI SEO40%OFF" on the pricing page for 40% OFF on all plans, valid long-term.
Thank you for reading, and I wish you great success in your business!

Since it’s your first day running Meta ads, give it some time to gather data. With only 16 clicks, it’s too early to make drastic changes. Focus on optimizing your ad targeting to reach your ideal audience better. Ensure your product descriptions and images are appealing and engaging. Hello @Joenil, it does seem like you got a solid product, but here are a few quick tips to help boost sales:
Enhance Product Pages: Add more product details and emphasize benefits like portability and ease of use. A clear, catchy value prop (e.g., “Fresh Smoothies on the Go!”) helps too.
Social Proof: Adding customer reviews or testimonials can build trust. If possible, get some initial reviews by offering discounts or collaborating with influencers.
Visual Appeal: Use more lifestyle images showing the mixer in action (like at the gym or outdoors) to help customers visualize it in their lives.
Clear Black Week Offer: Highlight the “Black Week Sale + Free Shipping” more prominently to create urgency, perhaps with a countdown timer or bold banner.
Retargeting & Loyalty Program: Use Akohub's retargeting ads to bring back visitors and consider a loyalty program to reward repeat customers. It’s a great way to build brand loyalty!
A few tweaks could make a big difference. Good luck! 😊
Hi @Joenil
First off, congrats on launching your ads and starting to drive traffic—it’s a big first step. I know it can be frustrating not to see sales right away, but don’t worry! Here’s what you can do to get on the right track:
Make sure your site is clean, professional, and builds trust. When visitors land, they should feel confident about buying from you. Look for things like:
Take a quick look at your homepage. Does it make you want to buy? If not, tweak it until it does.
It’s awesome that you’ve gotten 16 clicks, but are these clicks coming from the right people? Double-check:
Are you offering good value for the price? Compare your product price with competitors selling similar items. If your price feels too high or unclear (e.g., hidden shipping fees), potential customers might bounce.
People sometimes hesitate to buy on their first visit. Encourage them by:
If you’ve checked all of the above and still don’t see traction, it might be worth reassessing the product itself. Ask yourself:
Here’s a simple image to help you evaluate your landing page (you can compare it with your own):
Final Thoughts
Don’t give up so quickly—it’s normal to fine-tune things in the early stages. Focus on optimizing your store, ad targeting, and product messaging first. Testing new products can also work, but only after you’ve ensured the basics are solid.
If you need any other assistance, feel free to reply and I will try my best to help.
