Price changed when i posted

Hi ,

I chose some products to my store on shopify . I priced them then imported them on shopify store . I noticed the price increased with big number on my store . So , i deleted the products and imported again . How can i solve this problem .

@kidsstore - if you give us specific examples and sample data along with a detailed description of what it was what you were doing, what happened and what the desired outcome should have been, we might be able to help you. 
i could imagine a number format error or wrong tax settings from the getgo, but all in all, that’s just wild guesses based on the info provided.

I dont know whats wrong . I made all steps perfectly . I saw the price cost and shopify price . Later in , I found the price has been increased with crazy price on my store !! So, I deleted the products , then I imported them with the same steps . But still after some hours the price has been changed !!

@kidsstore - Shopify on its own will not modify your prices. Either the initial values were wrong, imported wrong, or the tax settings are different than what you expect or the currency settings are, or you have an app manipulating the values or someone else is using access to the store to modify the prices. That’s the scenarios I can come up with - some are likely, others aren’t. But what’s actually going on is open to speculation. I suggest contacting Shopify support to have a look at what’s up under the hood.

We are having the same issue. We have not touched the prices and have found multiple products changing prices randomly. Please advise. Only 2 people have access to our account and neither one have touched pricing on these products.
