Prices and variant names wont save

My stores prices And variant names appear to save but then revert to default in about 2 hours( 10 hours if Shopify is still running) Can I have some assistance with this issue please . The Drop shipping platform I am using is Autods might that be to blame ?

Hi @BeybladFinderAU , it's possible that Autods has a list of products too that should be updated. They probably have auto update at the specific time of a day, and since their list is not updated your prices and names are changed again. You should contact their support or try to find that list.

AutoDS may not be the main cause of prices and variant names reverting to default on your store but you can check it if the function automatically updates prices and variants is turn on. Furthermore, you may want to check these options to see what caused this problem:

• Caching issues: try clearing the cache on your website to see if that resolves the issue.
• App conflicts: try disabling any recently installed apps to see if that could work.
• Theme issues: you can reach out the theme developer for assistance or consider switching to a different theme.
