Princing on my store and different variations of product

Facing problems with p[rice before, and after. 

its not shopwing it on my store but its configurated in my shopify account, other thing i have 12 different variations but its showing me just one variation form.

Ensure you are hitting save after your are done altering the price for each product variant. 

If you are still having trouble, you can actually use Crowly to alter the pricing of each variant. The app is meant to automate AB testing of different however you can just add one price for each variant and the app will make usre to update the variants pricing accordingly.
