I was sitting and watching my orders and the last 3 orders that came in did not reflect? Please help. I also went through all the emails of the orders and counted them all up and they also show that the last 3 orders have not reflected on the total.
Just to clarify, are your orders not appearing in your admin when you go to Orders? Or are they not showing in your Analytics?
If it is your analytics that haven't been updating as your orders came in, then this is something we are aware of; Our developers noticed that some merchant’s analytics were being delayed over the last few days. The good news is, the issue has now been fixed, and no data should have been lost. Has the data in your analytics updated now?
However, if what you are experiencing is receiving order notification emails but not seeing those orders on your Orders page in your admin, then we can definitely start with troubleshooting this as well. Let me know!
