Hi, guys! I would really love to hear your opinions on my website. I would really appreciate it whether it is positive or negative. I really want to improve my store. I get a lot of traffic with my Facebook ads but rarely get any purchases even though it's a niched audience and a good ad that generates a lot of clicks. Any ideas?

1. Homepage:

• Add testimonial - customer reviews

Customer reviews are proof of your product quality. This section will help you build customers' trust. You can show rating stars for each product or you can add customer reviews as text and photos.

• Change the first banner

Your banner is beautiful. However, you can consider changing the first banner into product image with high aesthetic and high resolution. People should know what you sell within the first 5 seconds.

2. Product listing page:

• Have secondary hover images for the product list

Provide extra visual information will help customer have a better understanding of the product with just a simple action. This help to trigger customers’ interest and make better decisions

• Add average ratings for each product

​​You should include both the user rating average and number of ratings on the product list items. This is one of the crucial elements for users’ purchasing decisions. They will rely on both to decide whether they should explore further a product

 3. Product Page

•  Display a minimum of 6 reviews by default and allow users to submit reviews

Normally, users often rely on reviews to judge a product besides product detail descriptions and other info given by a site since they consider them more legit and authentic. I would recommend you display reviews on your product page (with a minimum of 6 reviews with the ability to “Load more” and allow users to submit their reviews.

Hope you are doing good. Your store looks very nice and here are few suggestions.

Consider testimonials or reviews on the homepage to build trust with the visitors.

Include Blog page, Blog posting will allow you to show your followers a personal side of your business. In this way you can engage with Existing and New customers.

You can promote your products with word of mouth strategy. Boost your sales with the app from the shopify app store   which helps to increase your sales.

There is no terms and conditions checkbox at checkout. I suggest you to install an app from shopify app store which provides 'I agree to the Terms and Conditions' before checkout .As it makes easy for the customer to read your terms and policies.

You can also sell your products on Etsy marketplace as it is very good platform to sell unique, handmade and Vintage goods . If you are already selling on Etsy store consider our Etsy Integration app in the shopify app store. Etsy is a Huge marketplace for selling creative goods such as art & collectibles, crafts & supplies, jewellery &accessories and more,  if you have any unique/handmade/vintage goods in your store, you can give further exposure to your products.
