Once I visited your store, House of Mate looked stunning and I can tell you have put a lot of effort into building it.
I wanted to share some specific feedback on your store design with you here that you might find useful:
1. The customer reviews part: As an AIDA framework (Awareness- Interest - Desire- Action), when you put this part at once, it is not suitable so I recommend that you put this part in the third place (Desire). Also if you can delete the copyright widget, it will be better.

2. The About Us part: From my experience, you don't need to put this part on the homepage.
3. You can add more social proof elements with SnapNoti FOMO Vistor Counter like low stock alerts, recent purchase notifications, or a countdown timer, visitor counters to create a sense of urgency and build trust for your new store.
 
Overall, your store Pawster Club can be graded 8.5/10
I recommend implementing these changes to improve customer experience when scrolling through your store and, in turn, increase your conversion rate.

Categories act like signposts on your website, guiding users to the products they're looking for quickly and intuitively. Besides, ​​grouping products by category makes it easier to track inventory levels, identify popular items, and forecast future needs.

 

For example, you can group your products into such categories as:

  • Dog care: dog harness, dog leash, brush (or you can add subcategories like “Grooming”, “Walking”, “Training”)
  • Cat care: cat bed, brush, toys
  • Travel and accessories: dog car seat belt, dog car seat cover, food & water dispenser

 

2. Add an estimated delivery

 

Customers are more likely to purchase if they know when to expect their order. You can also add estimated delivery times in correspondence to multiple delivery options (standard, expedited, etc.).

 

3. Add more information to the footer section

The footer is often overlooked, but it's a valuable piece that can significantly enhance user experience and boost your website's effectiveness. Some of the elements you can consider adding are:

  • Copyright notice: Clearly state the copyright owner and year.
  • Privacy policy link: Link to your detailed privacy policy.
  • Terms of service link: Link to your terms and conditions.
  • Contact information: Include your address, phone number, and email.
  • Social media icons: Link to your social media profiles.

4. Add an FAQ page 

 

I can see that you’ve already created a Chat widget and Contact Us for both of your sites, which can boost customer support. However, you can make it even better by adding a FAQ page. It serves multiple purposes such as improving customer experience, reducing customer support load and enhancing SEO.

After thoroughly exploring your website, here are my insights:

Where you've done a great job:

  • Right from the start, it's clear what your shop sells.
  • The UI is clean and minimalistic.
  • Product descriptions are very very detailed and easy to understand.

And where you can still improve:

1. Remove this text as it provides redundant information for customers.

- The text of the testimonials is very wide and takes up too much space. Customers might not read it all. Instead, shorten the text and display more reviewers to give the impression of having many satisfied customers.

- Remove this section as it's already present in both the hero banner and the "Featured Products" category. Sometimes less is more. 😉

 - Instead of the "About Us" section, you could consider highlight the benefits your store offers to make it more effective. Take a look at this example:

 - And just a small piece of advice: from the perspective of a customer, I think you should offer a more diverse product range. When I wanted to explore more options for cat food bowls, I couldn't find additional designs, which left me feeling a bit disappointed.
