@Carlcarlcarl I understand you're looking to boost your conversion rate. Let me share some proven strategies:
1. Store Design & UX:
- Keep your homepage clean and dedicated, and special offers information highlighted. At first glance, I have no idea what the actual reduced prices are.
- Include clear calls-to-action and make your "Add to Cart" and "Buy Now" buttons stand out Optimize for mobile: over 70% of Shopify traffic comes from mobile devices
2. Social Proofs:
- Authentic, user-generated content (UGC) can influence purchasing decisions, help with SEO engines, and eventually drive hundreds of times ROI. I recommend you display customers' reviews differently and make them more dedicated via Trustoo.
- show star ratings for bad reviews. Show verified purchase badges; include customer photos, videos, and product details for good reviews.
- Choose a loyalty solution , like Loloyal, to keep customers loyal and increase repeat purchases.
- Set up a points system : reward every purchase for 100 points ($5 value); product reviews with photos: 200 points; social media shares: 100 points; birthday bonus: 500 points; referrals: 500 points per successful.
This creates a cycle: satisfied customers leave reviews, which improves SEO and conversions, leading to more satisfied customers.
Moreover, 😉 enjoy 40% off with the content link.
Hope it can help~😃
Hi there Carl @Carlcarlcarl I had a look at your store and here are a few suggestions I have on how it could be improved
1) I’m not sure if the issue was from my end or maybe even Google but there should be an easy translate option to English and any other popular languages likely to be used by people visiting the store.
2) There should be customer reviews on the homepage especially given the kind of products you’re dealing with, customers would be more eager to see what others would have to say about them.
3) You should have more than just your Instagram social media linked at the bottom of the homepage for variety.
I wish you and your store the best of luck!
1) the site is for the swedish market only, hence no other language option.
2) ill try to find customer reviews in swedish, but i am not sure how to get that
3) i only have instagram
Hi @Carlcarlcarl,
We appreciate your inquiry in the Shopify Community. We are MooseDesk, a comprehensive Live Chat, FAQ & Helpdesk App designed to elevate your customer support experience.
Congrats on your new store! Your store looks stunning. I can tell you have put a lot of effort into building this. Especially, the product features are really detailed with descriptions with dynamic illustrations, numerous credited reviews…
However, I have some comments to boost conversion rates. Here are some of my recommendations for better customer experience, please kindly check.
1. Add CTA link for banner
I see you put the banner “ Always free shopping, 14 days open purchase. Shop safely with Karna!” at the top of the website that shows a very strong call to action. But for sales boost, you can leverage it to attach the link of product page/discounts/purchase, etc.
2. Make Hero banner truly captivating
With just a glance over hero banner, I can decide whether to continue exploring a shop or not. Therefore, I recommend Hero Banner are designed with the most captivating images of your products along with your tagline (benefits offered to your customers).
3. Change word font
As I noticed, the font used throughout your page is just Arial, which can be made more attractive and suitable for your brand’s vibe. I can suggest some fonts like: Quicksand, Gill Sans Nova, Work Sans, etc.
4. Reduce over-showing the product
I see that there are three times that the products occur in your Homepage, so reduce it to just one or two.
5. Make value proposition more noticeable & concise
Value proposition is one of the most important drives of conversion as customers realize the received values from your brand. So it would be nicer if you make this part with more alluring images, bigger font size, centred layout and shorter body text.
6. Summarize side pages into one main side page
You create a side page for each product category which I think it’s kinda a lot. It would be better if you create only one “Shopping” side page.
7. Adding CTA at the bottom of Homepage
CTA at the bottom of your Homepage would be a final boost to conversion, with discounts and promotions.
8. Add an FAQ and a "Contact Us" page
To make it even better, you could consider adding an FAQ and a "Contact Us" page. These are essential for helping customers quickly find answers or reach out for support, which can significantly enhance their shopping experience.
For an easy solution, I recommend trying MooseDesk App. It provides free, professionally designed FAQ and Contact Us templates with a simple one-click setup that perfect for elevating your store effortlessly!

Hi, I’m Wayne from Akohub. We have been working with many brands to run online stores. I have viewed your website and hope our expertise can help you.
First of all, I will recommend adding a hero section with a CTA button to your website. This can significantly enhance user engagement. Ensure it communicates your value proposition and encourages visitors to explore further. A strong visual appeal and enticing CTAs can foster curiosity and motivate potential customers to delve deeper into your offerings.
Additionally, implementing retargeting campaigns can greatly improve your conversion rates. Many visitors may leave your site without making a purchase, but retargeting allows you to reconnect with them through targeted ads on social media or other platforms. Consider using our Ako marketing app, which can help you create personalized ads that remind previous visitors of the products they viewed or added to their cart, nudging them back to complete their purchase. By leveraging such tools, you can not only enhance your marketing efforts but also build a more personalized shopping experience that resonates with your audience, this will ultimately boost the conversion rate for your store.
Best wishes! If you have any more questions or need a free professional consultation, feel free to let us know! Don't forget to like and mark it as a solution if you find this helpful.
Hi @Carlcarlcarl ,
Welcome to the community! I can see that you’ve put a lot of time and effort into building a beautifully designed website. The aesthetics and attention to detail are commendable. From what I can see, your store's UI/UX looks solid with no major issues. The low sales might not stem from the design but rather from a lack of focus on marketing. Since your store targets the Swedish market and is focused on new product releases, based on my experience in the e-commerce market, I’d like to share a few suggestions that might help:
1. Optimize for local SEO (Swedish market focus)
- Use Swedish keywords: Research and integrate Swedish search terms into product descriptions, titles, and meta tags.
- Google my business (Local listings): List the store to improve local visibility.
- Local backlinks: Partner with Swedish bloggers or niche websites for backlinks and features.
- Translation & localization: Ensure the website is fully translated into Swedish (if not already) with localized content and currency.
2. Leverage social media (platform-specific for Sweden)
- Instagram & TikTok: Swedes are highly active on these platforms. Use engaging product videos, unboxing reels, and influencer collabs.
- Pinterest: Great for visual products. Create boards around “New Trends in Sweden” or seasonal product releases.
- Facebook Groups: Share the store in Swedish community groups or buy/sell groups to reach more localized audiences.
- Reddit (Swedish Subreddits): Post in r/Sverige or other subreddits focused on trends and product recommendations.
3. Create a sense of urgency (Limited releases)
- Limited edition drops: Promote products as “limited releases” to create FOMO (Fear of Missing Out).
- Countdown timers: Use them for product launches or sales to push urgency.
- Pre-orders: Allow customers to pre-order the latest products.
4. Email & SMS marketing (Hyper-personalized for Sweden)
- Build an email list: Use pop-ups offering 10% off for first purchases.
- Abandoned cart: Follow up with Swedish-language emails reminding them of what they left behind.
- Seasonal campaigns: Run promotions around Swedish holidays (Midsummer, Jul, Black Friday, etc.).
5. Google & Meta Ads (Localized Targeting)
- Google ads: Run Google Shopping ads in Swedish, targeting high-intent keywords.
- Facebook/Instagram ads: Run carousel ads showcasing new arrivals with strong visuals and a clear call to action.
- Geo-targeting: Focus ads on major Swedish cities (Stockholm, Gothenburg, Malmö) or regions with high purchasing power.
6. Implement Klarna or Swish (Payment preferences)
- Many Swedish consumers prefer Klarna for buy-now-pay-later options and Swish for quick payments.
- Make these payment methods highly visible at checkout to increase trust and conversions.
7. Retargeting (For returning visitors)
- Set up retargeting ads for users who visited but didn’t purchase.
- Use dynamic ads to show them the exact products they viewed.
- Offer a special returning visitor discount (like 10% off for 24 hours).
I hope that some of my sharings can help you to drive sales to your store. If you have any other questions, feel free to ask. I'd be more than happy to help!

hey! getting 4-500 visits a day is solid, so you’re definitely doing something right on the traffic side. with just one sale, though, it sounds like there’s a gap in trust or user experience that might be holding people back.
first, check if your site looks professional and trustworthy. clean design, clear product descriptions, high-quality images, and trust signals like reviews or badges are a must. next, make sure your checkout process is smooth—no unexpected fees or confusing steps.
you might also want to add an incentive, like a first-time buyer discount or free shipping, to nudge people toward that first purchase. lastly, referalcandy could be a great tool here to reward your first customers for spreading the word and building momentum.
hope that helps—good luck with your store!
