Hope you are doing good. Your store looks nice and here are few suggestions.

Add a logo which gives Identity and separates from the competition.

Highlight the favicon, which helps to find your store when customer has multiple tabs in their browser.

Add few products with ATC(add to cart) on the Homepage.

Add Testimonials or reviews on the homepage to build trust with the visitors.

Include blog page, Blog posting will allow you to show your followers a personal side of your business. In this way you can engage with Existing and New customers.

You can promote your products with word of mouth strategy. Boost your sales with the app from the shopify app store   which helps to increase your sales further. Improve your conversions by directly reaching those who close to your customers.

There is no terms and conditions checkbox at checkout. I suggest you to install an app from shopify app store which provides 'I agree to the Terms and Conditions' before checkout .As it makes easy for the customer to read your terms and policies.

You can also sell your products on Etsy marketplace as it is very good platform to sell unique, handmade and Vintage goods . If you are already selling on Etsy store consider our Etsy Integration app in the shopify app store. Etsy is a Huge marketplace, if you have any unique or Handmade product in your store, you can give further exposure to your products.

Homepage

Bring the Search field and all the main navigation categories to the Header section

Bringing the Search field and all the main navigation categories to the Header section will give your customer more change to access all of your pages and products.

Note that The search field should be prominently positioned on the homepage so users who want to search can get started immediately and seamlessly, but also so that any user — even those who don’t search right off the bat — instinctively know where the search field is located from the very beginning of their browsing session so they can return to it as a fallback strategy in moments of despair.

Make the sticky header

A sticky navigation bar will help customers navigate themselves from every part of the homepage to any page of your store more conveniently.

Create a bespoke image

Setting a good first impression is desirable in any vertical, and an aesthetically pleasing layout with large, high-quality images goes a long way toward setting a positive tone for the shopping session regardless of industry.

Try to put a banner with your store inspirational quote or slideshow of banners.

Have a CTA button on the banner/ slideshow

A primary call to action button is one of the important things for a home page of an online store.

With this button, you will redirect customers to the page you want them to take action mostly. It can redirect to a collection page, or a product page, etc.

Change a more attractive testimonial

This section will help you build customers' trust. You can use a testimonial form with text and photos or change the background to make the section more standout and eye-catching.

Add Testimonials: Creating a genuine testimonials are trust worthy. This is the one kind of marketing communication b/w customer and business person. So you can add efficiently.

Add Blog: You know creating/adding of blogs gives you a great way to generate fresh content on a website and provide a catalyst for email marketing, social media promotion to drive search traffic to your website.

Trust Badges: Trust badges your visitors know that your page is legitimate and that any data they share will be collected through secure third-party service providers. Your customers feel they can trust your website, And they are more likely to make a purchase.

Here are some of my comments on your homepage after I seeing it. I think it is the most important page in a store because users usually start their journey from the homepage. I hope these comments will be helpful for you.

1. Your banner

Hero banner is the first thing that visitors will see when they visit your site. This is a simple and straightforward way to instantly captivate visitors. Because of the importance of hero banner, you should leverage it by showing your product so that visitor can easily know which product you are providing. Your current banner is quite blurry and when seeing your current banner, I don't know clearly which product you store provides. You should use a clearer image.

Putting a primary call to action button will help you redirect customers to the page you want them to take action mostly. It can redirect to a collection page, or a product page, etc. This really helps to increase the conversion rate for your store.

2. Your font

I have to say that I think the font family you are using is not good for user experience. It makes the content on page be hard to see. Visitors are also hard to scan important info.

3. Show all your categories in visual way

Showing all categories you have right on your home page and putting it at the top of the page is a good idea to boost sales. Customers will have an overview of your collections in your store. If customers want to buy any product, they can click on the collection of that product.

4. Align section vertically

You have some 2-column layouts on your page and I think with these section, you should align them vertically.

5. Show product reviews/ testimonials

People love proof, especially when they visit a store and see many good reviews, they will be willing to shop! So you should add testimonial/product reviews on your store. You can check this guide to know more about its benefits and how to make it effective.

About product reviews, you can find lots of review apps on Shopify such as Judge.me, Loox, Stamped.io... They all work well with PageFly.

Collected points can be spent on the most affordable options for them. Let your loyal shoppers redeem their points rewards like gift cards, discounts,  free shipping, or free product.
 
  • Referral programs

I recommend using a Referral program in order to give your customers an opportunity of sharing your products with friends and getting rewarded for thatEncourage your customers to help grow your brand community using the referral program. I understand how it can be frustrating to be doing everything right but still not getting your traffic converted to sales. You may find comfort in knowing that you're not the only one on that boat. Millions of Shopify store owners are facing the same problem. This is not because you are necessarily doing something wrong, but rather because Sales is an organic process, involving people getting to know you, visiting your brand, looking at your products, comparing them with others, and finally making the decision to purchase from you. So this takes some time, during which you have to hold on tight. But, you can't be just passively waiting for sales to grow, so I would recommend you look at these tips and see which ones you can use: You have great faith in your online shop, but why aren’t visitors converting?

Another Thing you could consider: Not all traffic is good traffic.

Traffic will only have any chance of converting to sales if they are being generated by the right consumer. If your product is for females under the age of 30, but your ads are being viewed by males over 50, that is a lot of traffic, but it will never convert to sales. So, before you spend on targeting, a good idea is to have a simple Google Trends search, that will tell you who is looking for the products you search, what is their age, gender and location. Then you can put forward some really targeted ads that are bound to generate clicks.

Here are some areas where you could consider working on

  • People tend to buy more from people they can easily relate to. If you share your journey, your goals, and your aspirations with your customers, it will be easier for people to connect with you. If you can create an emotional connection with your visitors, people are sure to buy products from you.

  • It is a good idea to place a banner on the homepage that tells your customers exactly what they are looking for. You may add a separate banner for each of your product types

    Your banner looks very good and matches your theme and product. 

    It is a good idea to have multiple slides on your banner (each should stay for around 5seconds) for each product type and have the CTA buttons for each slide redirect the customer to a different product page.

  • People always don’t know everything about a product beforehand. When they see a product or show interest in a product, they want to know more about the different aspects and specifications of the product. If product descriptions fail to provide people with enough information about the product and fail to create an appeal for the product, the visitors won’t buy the product. So, provide elaborate and appealing product descriptions to every product to increase your sales.
