Hi @Fmcclinton,

Your store design is simple, but it could be enhanced to make it more attractive. Here are some suggestions to improve the store:

  1. Add a bundle offer feature.
  2. Implement a free shipping option.
  3. Add a trusted badge icon for credibility.
  4. Highlight the selected variant clearly.
  5. Introduce a loyalty program to retain customers.
  6. Enable a language selector to cater to a wider audience.
  7. Include customer reviews for social proof.
  8. Showcase featured products effectively.
  9. Apply sale badges on products in the sale section.

These updates will help improve user experience and boost sales.

Hi there @Fmcclinton  My initial rating for your store would be a good 8/10 and I also tried the checkout process for myself and that seemed to also not be an issue for me.

In terms of store improvements you could make, I’d start with setting up categories on the homepage for best selling and trendiest products.

Next, I would consider adding some short videos or GIFs to the product gallery of the store.

It is great to have customer reviews but I believe you also need to take an extra step to make them look more authentic and verifiable so that people visiting your store for the first time can have the vibe that they were given by real people with real joy without having any second doubts. Good ways to improve the reviews could include adding pictures and maybe ages and job descriptions to the names there.

I wish you and your store the best of luck!

Emmanuel

Hi @Fmcclinton ! I'm Tracy from BON Loyalty, the top-rated Shopify loyalty app.

Thanks for sharing your store! You’re already generating solid traffic and engagement, which is a great starting point. However, from my review of your store, I see a few key areas where improvements could significantly boost your conversion rate. Here’s what’s likely causing the drop-off and how you can fix it:
1. Store design & Branding issues
Your website plays a crucial role in building trust. Right now, it looks like you’re using a default Shopify theme, and your product images resemble free stock photos rather than real product shots. Here’s why this might be impacting sales:

- Lack of authenticity: Shoppers might be hesitant to complete a purchase if the site doesn't look fully branded or if the images feel generic. People need to feel confident that they’re buying from a legitimate brand, not a temporary dropshipping store.
-> Potential fix: Customize your theme to look more professional. Invest in unique product images or request real-life photos from suppliers. Adding user-generated content (e.g., customer-submitted photos) can help build credibility.

2. Product reviews & Social proof issues
Your reviews currently look AI-generated and are displayed in a block slider that isn’t visually appealing. Poorly formatted or inauthentic-looking reviews can hurt trust instead of building it.
-> Potential fix: Use a Shopify app like Judge.me to enhance the way reviews are displayed. This will make them look more natural and engaging. Encourage real customers to leave photo reviews—it’s one of the strongest conversion boosters.

3. Checkout & User experience improvements
Since you’re getting add-to-carts but no purchases, improving the user experience is key.

- Implement a sticky header: This keeps important navigation elements (cart, search, categories) accessible while customers browse, improving usability.
- Optimize the hero banner: Right now, your hero image is too large and pushes key content too far down. Additionally, it lacks a Call-to-Action (CTA), making it ineffective in driving conversions.
-> Potential fix: Reduce its height and add a clear CTA like “Shop Now” or “Claim Your Offer” to guide visitors.

- Rethink your discount strategy: Offering 25% off upfront might make your product feel cheap rather than premium. Instead, try offering: Bundle deals (Buy 1, Get 1 at a discount), free gifts on orders over a certain amount or a time-limited offers with urgency

4. Checkout process & Cart abandonment recovery
If people reach the checkout but don’t buy, consider these improvements:
- Show trust signals: Add secure payment icons and a visible return/refund policy.
- Offer guest checkout: If customers are required to create an account, many will leave.
- Abandoned cart recovery: Set up automated emails and retargeting ads to remind visitors to complete their purchase.

You have strong potential, and with these tweaks, I’m confident you’ll start seeing conversions increase. Let me know if you need help implementing any of these suggestions!

Hi @Fmcclinton,

I am from Mageplaza - Shopify solution expert.

I would be happy to review your website and provide feedback on the performance. Here are some suggestions to improve the performance of your website and increase sales:

1. Monitor Your Cart Abandonment Rate

A high cart abandonment rate can be particularly frustrating for your business, especially after investing significantly in attracting visitors to your site. This issue indicates that many potential customers are deciding not to complete their purchases, contributing to low conversion rates.

To address this, you can remind customers about the items left in their carts and encourage them to complete their purchases by:

  • Email Reminders: Send emails to customers who abandon their carts, reminding them of their items.
  • Incentives: Offer a discount or free shipping to motivate them to finalize their purchases.
  • For more detailed guidance, refer to an article from the Shopify Help Center

2. Improve promotional banner and section on Homepage

mageplazacs_0-1738828716381.png

You should add seasonal banners for current promotions or collections (e.g., Summer Sale, Winter Collection) to catch the attention of customers.

Additionally, featuring sections like "Best Sellers" and "On Sale", New arrivals on the homepage, make discount labels and pricing information more noticeable, can drive attention to popular and discounted products, encouraging visitors to engage more with your site. Here is a reference:

3. Improve search bar

mageplazacs_3-1738828716076.png

You should make a search bar with large product images, show price and discount information, including color search, collection search, etc functionality to enhance search bar. This will help customers find their needs quickly, enhancing their shopping experience. Below is a reference:

I don’t see your ads so I can’t make detailed recommendations on your landing page. But here are some recommendations from “Databox”. You can check more in this article

“When CTR is high but the conversion rate is low that indicates a problem with the landing page, which is most commonly due to a lack of effective calls-to-action (CTA) on the page. The solution is to create a clear CTA like a “Buy Now” or “Read More” button. The CTA can be a clickable image overlaid with a small amount of text or a simple button.”

I hope my suggestions are helpful. If you find it good comment, it would be appreciated if you could “Like” or “Mark as Solution”. Thank you and Good luck!

Hi @Fmcclinton,

Thanks for reaching out to the community. We are MooseDesk, a comprehensive Live Chat, FAQ & Helpdesk App designed to elevate your customer support experience.

First, your store looks stunning and it has quite enough essential information. However, if you want to improve your conversion rate, please check my recommendations below.

1. Add a favicon

Adding a favicon can indeed contribute to converting visitors to shoppers, although its impact might be more subtle than other elements. It helps users quickly reorient themselves if they accidentally navigate away, potentially salvaging sales

While a favicon alone isn't likely to dramatically increase conversions, it's part of a holistic approach to creating a professional, trustworthy, and user-friendly online store

2. Enhance the filter search

A more intuitive filter search makes it easier for customers to find exactly what they're looking for, thus reducing frustration. When customers can easily find products that match their specific criteria, they're more likely to make a purchase

Besides availability and pricing, you can consider adding some other elements, such as scent, flavor, ingredient, colors, etc.

Take a look at this example:

3. Use date delivery instead of estimate delivery

Offering a firm delivery date can set you apart from competitors who only provide estimates, potentially influencing purchasing decisions. Also, customers can plan around a definite date, which is especially important for time-sensitive purchases like gifts or event-related items.

For example: change it from 6-12 business days to Feb 10 - Feb 16

4. Add an FAQ page

A comprehensive FAQ page can significantly improve sales by addressing common customer concerns and streamlining the purchase process. You're not just providing information but you're actively addressing barriers to purchase, building trust, and creating a smoother shopping experience through the FAQs.

I suggest exploring MooseDesk, a free Live Chat, FAQ & Helpdesk App. MooseDesk provides auto-reply features during non-business hours, a proactive help center, and a user-friendly widget layout, offering an effective solution to enhance customer support on your platform.

Dear @Fmcclinton ,

Thanks for your question! After take a look at your store, I have a few suggestions that might help enhance its effectiveness and improve conversion rates:

  • Add a Review Widget: Overall, your store has a nice visual and to further increase trust and credibility, I recommend adding a review widget that allows customers to leave reviews. This will make previous reviews feel more authentic and engaging.

    LizHoang_0-1739141734648.png

  • Check the Checkout Process: If you are seeing visits and add-to-cart actions but no sales, I suggest testing the entire checkout flow. Placing a test order will help identify any potential issues that might be preventing customers from completing their purchases.

  • Set Up an Email Marketing App: Consider using an email marketing app to send reminders to customers who have abandoned their carts or checkouts. This can help recover lost sales and encourage customers to complete their purchases.

I hope my suggestions are helpful for you and your business!

Best regards,
Liz.
