Hi @ComfortLivein , thank you for posting here!
2. Adjusting font in product information
3. Adding About Us section on the Homepage
4. Adding the Review part on the homepage
6. Adding social proof to build trust for your store
I noticed that most new Shopify stores have high visitor traffic but lack conversions. To help your store avoid this issue, you can use social proof solutions such as visitor counters, order counters, and sales pop-ups. Additionally, you can reduce cart abandonment rates with low stock alerts and exit tab animations. To display all these social proofs, I highly recommend using SnapNoti FOMO Visitor Counter, a free app that offers all-in-one functions of a social proof application.
Hi there, I'm Kate from PageFly - Shopify Landing Page Builder.
Congrats on your new store! I had a good experience exploring your site. However, regarding the store design, from my Conversion Rate Optimization expertise, I would like to give you some suggestions to make the store more stunning and better convert
1. Homepage
The hero banner in the homepage is an important touchpoint to impress your customers when they first land on the site. The current banner may cause visitors to confuse in the first 5 seconds what products you are offering. Your current one is a bit confusing as the key products are not highlighted and also the text is made vague in the background.
You can take it as a reference:
I notice that currently you are running on a promotion, you can consider adding a countdown timer as an announcement bar for limited-time offers or flash sales to create a sense of urgency and drive conversions. Also make it sticky even when scrolling down.
You can take this as a reference:
Your current homepage lacks key information about products. It may increase the bouncing rate as users don't find important content they need. Helpful, easy-to-see benefits icons quickly introduce your products' unique selling points, giving a reason to purchase from you instead of the competition.
Reference:
Visitors who land on your site for the first time might seek out who is behind the product, and why they should buy from you. So consider adding an About Us section to introduce your brand.
Reference:
Testimonials are an important touch point especially with first time visitors. I understand your store is new but you still should consider adding a section on your product page to showcase them. Remember to add customer avatars & star rating to increase authenticity to testimonials and the chance to convert.

2. Product page
Most of your product description is very lengthy & text-heavy. Consider compressing it into accordions / content tab (collapsible content tabs) so that your product pages look better-structured & the shoppers' experience is enhanced.

3. Other tips
To make customers' experience more interesting, you can try Picjam, a great tool that uses AI to generate stunning model images when you give it the product image.
That’s all of my feedback. Hope it will enhance your website's look and help you grow sales. Feel free to reach me in the reply section if you need further discussions. Wish you luck and endurance on your entrepreneurship journey!
Cheers,

Hi @ComfortLivein,
Thanks for reaching out to the community. I'm Lindsey from BON Loyalty, the top-rated loyalty app on Shopify.
From the perspective of a product executive, I have some suggestions for your store:
1. The hero banner image doesn't clearly showcase the product, and the text is hard to read because of the background. To improve this, consider using a larger image that fully displays the product. You might also want to add a blur layer or adjust the design so that the text stands out and is easy to read.
2. It’s best to focus on a single product line, like either fashion clothing or home goods. While having multiple product lines can be beneficial, they should ideally relate to each other or complement each other, rather than being completely different. Once you have a core product line, you can expand with related collections, making it clear to customers where your strengths lie.
3. Investing in high-quality, professional-looking images for your products is important. This helps customers feel confident that your products are worth the price.
4. If your website leans toward selling clothing, consider investing more in the UI to reflect a "fashionable" look. A stylish design can inspire customers and strengthen your brand identity.
5. Clarify size information by providing images that show product dimensions more clearly, such as a picture of the product with corresponding measurements. This helps customers visualize the product better.
I hope these suggestions help! Wishing you the best of luck.
If you find these suggestions helpful for you, please let me know by giving BON Loyalty a 'LIKE' or marking it as a 'SOLUTION'. 😊

Lindsey

Hi @ComfortLivein,
I am from Mageplaza - Shopify solution expert.
Here are some recommendations to improve your conversion rate:
Your website isn’t effectively converting visitors into buyers despite your advertising efforts. Without seeing your ads, I can’t offer detailed recommendations on your landing page. However, here are some suggestions from Databox that you might find useful. You can read more in their article.
“When the click-through rate (CTR) is high but the conversion rate is low, it usually indicates an issue with the landing page. This is often due to a lack of effective calls-to-action (CTAs). To address this, create a clear CTA, such as a "Buy Now" or "Read More" button. This CTA can be a clickable image with a small amount of text or a simple button.”
Monitor Your Cart Abandonment Rate
Additionally, a high cart abandonment rate can be particularly frustrating for your business, especially after investing significantly in attracting visitors to your site. This issue indicates that many potential customers are deciding not to complete their purchases, contributing to low conversion rates.
To address this, you can remind customers about the items left in their carts and encourage them to complete their purchases by:
I hope some of my suggestions are helpful, feel free to give me any feedback.
Good luck!

I've taken a close look at your website, comfortlivein.in, and understand your concern: despite significant traffic from Instagram ads, conversions remain low. Let's delve into potential reasons and actionable solutions to enhance your store's performance.
First impressions matter. A cluttered or confusing layout can deter potential customers. Ensure your website is clean, intuitive, and user-friendly. High-quality images and clear navigation are crucial. For instance, if visitors struggle to find product categories or the checkout process is cumbersome, they may abandon their carts.
With a significant number of users accessing websites via mobile devices, it's essential that your site is mobile-friendly. A responsive design ensures that your site adapts seamlessly to various screen sizes, providing a consistent experience across devices. If your site isn't optimized for mobile, potential customers might leave due to poor usability.
Detailed and engaging product descriptions, accompanied by high-quality images, can significantly influence purchasing decisions. Ensure that each product page provides comprehensive information, highlighting features and benefits, and includes multiple images from different angles. This approach helps build trust and allows customers to make informed decisions.
Building trust is vital for converting visitors into customers. Incorporate customer reviews, testimonials, and trust badges on your site. An 'About Us' page that shares your brand story and values can also enhance credibility. Transparent policies regarding shipping, returns, and customer service further reassure potential buyers.
A complicated or lengthy checkout process can lead to cart abandonment. Simplify the steps required to complete a purchase, offer guest checkout options, and be upfront about any additional costs like shipping or taxes. Unexpected fees can deter customers at the final stage.
Ensure that your Instagram ads are reaching the right audience. Analyze the demographics and interests of your site visitors to confirm they align with your target market. If there's a mismatch, consider refining your ad targeting parameters to attract more qualified leads.
Website speed plays a crucial role in user experience. Slow-loading pages can frustrate visitors, leading them to leave before exploring your products. Regularly test your site's performance and optimize images, scripts, and other elements to ensure quick load times.
By addressing these areas, you can enhance the user experience and increase the likelihood of converting visitors into customers. Remember, continuous testing and optimization are key to sustained success in e-commerce.
If you need any other assistance, feel free to ask, and I will try my best to support you.
Best regards,
Daisy.
