I am just in need of some clarification around post sales protocol. As I want to make sure I am conducting my business between my customer, myself and yourselves exactly to the book, and that I have 100% clear understanding about the entire process.
I have recently made my very first sale and want to get clarity around the sale process: - Organization of the courier driver on sale and payment of the product? - The product collection from your depot and delivery of that product direct to the customer. - The transfer of money from the customer to me to you? - And notification the sale delivery process has been fore filled and completed.
