Hero Banner:
Add Customer Reviews: Adding testimonials to your home page is a good way to create a positive impression of your brand and help build credibility and trust. Look at this example below:
Social Account Integration: I recommend you should integrate social accounts, such as Instagram is a good way to boost traffic and encourage greater engagement with your brand.
About your Best Sellers Collection:
Footer Section Customization: You might consider to enhance your current footer section by adding more information or clarifying existing details to facilitate easier navigation and access to important information. Look at this example below:
2. Product Page:
Product Description: I see your current product page have too much information. You should revamp the layout of the product description to avoid overwhelming customers with excessive information. Focus on essential details such as description & fit, materials, care guide, and size guide, organizing them into distinct sections for clarity.
Cart Icon Integration: I see your add-to-cart button does not include the cart icon. I recommend you should create a cart icon to encourage impulse purchases and streamline the user experience. It also enhances customer satisfaction by clearly indicating which products have been successfully added to the cart.
Add Limited Offers: One more suggestion you might consider is highlight limited-time offers or promotions to create a sense of urgency and incentivize purchases.
3. Support
So a very important in creating great user/customer experience is designing a place where customers can easily ask about your product or feedback their experience.
Currently your store has not had such thing and it might be a pain point in shopping online cause there's nowhere to ask and receiver answer.
