I recently started my streetwear clothing brand named Cryo & Mana, I am on a really low budget but I really wanna make it. Please give me some tips to take my store and business to the top!

1. Home Page:


  • Hero Banner:

    • Your current banner presentation is quite good, however I recommend you should transform the hero image into a dynamic slideshow to create a more engaging and visually appealing experience.
    • Consider adjust the background image to improve text visibility, ensuring that your message is conveyed clearly to the audience.
  • Add Customer Reviews: Adding testimonials to your home page is a good way to create a positive impression of your brand and help build credibility and trust. Look at this example below:



  • Social Account Integration: I recommend you should integrate social accounts, such as Instagram is a good way to boost traffic and encourage greater engagement with your brand.


  • About your Best Sellers Collection:

    • I think you should resize images in this collection to maintain consistency and expand the product list to provide customers with more options. This is great way to enhance customer experience. 
    • Moreover, consider adding an "Add to Cart" button below each product so that customers can easily select and directly add the product without clicking on the product link. It can help create a more streamlined shopping experience.  Here's a good example:MooseDesk_2-1709461270211.png


  • Footer Section Customization: You might consider to enhance your current footer section by adding more information or clarifying existing details to facilitate easier navigation and access to important information. Look at this example below: 




2. Product Page:

  • Product Description: I see your current product page have too much information. You should revamp the layout of the product description to avoid overwhelming customers with excessive information. Focus on essential details such as description & fit, materials, care guide, and size guide, organizing them into distinct sections for clarity.




  • Cart Icon Integration:  I see your add-to-cart button does not include the cart icon. I recommend you should create a cart icon to encourage impulse purchases and streamline the user experience. It also enhances customer satisfaction by clearly indicating which products have been successfully added to the cart.



  • Add Limited Offers: One more suggestion you might consider is highlight limited-time offers or promotions to create a sense of urgency and incentivize purchases.

3. Support


So a very important in creating great user/customer experience is designing a place where customers can easily ask about your product or feedback their experience.


Currently your store has not had such thing and it might be a pain point in shopping online cause there's nowhere to ask and receiver answer.

You should add terms and conditions and FAQs if any, again these also help in building search engine content. Other significant observations for store optimization are as follows:


  1. Put "Secured and trusted checkout with" in your footer.
  2. You can add Sitemap on the site footer, again these also help in building search engine content.
  3. Add a live chat option on the website.
  4. Make sure the free shipping top band is visible on all the pages.
  5. Make sure your social media pages open at the new tab instead of the same tab. This will ensure your customers stay on your website while looking at your social presence.
