Hello. My name is Tan and i just started trying to sell on shoptify but it wasn't working out very well, and I have been charged 79 euros twice. Im a student and I dont get frequent pays so money is very important for me at the moment and i didn't know you had to deactivate the account to stop being billed. I deactivated my store and Im trying to contact Shoptify for two refunds of the 79 euro as I was confused on what to do and let my store active by mistake. How can i contact them? Do they have an email? I didn't manage to take a screenshot of the billing page but i have proof on Paypal. I really need a refund asap. Can anyone guide me please?
