Regarding Cultsaga.com (Mystore) online store contact details

I have placed prepaid order through website Cultsaga.com which was selling products through your website I.e shopify, now that store is not available in your website and order was not delivered 

can u please share the store contact details and address so that I can contact them directly

Unlikely that Shopify would share contact details for the owners of the site. Your best bet is probably to file a claim with your credit card saying that you never received the product. A quick google of Cult Saga showed a few posts from people saying that the site was a scam.
