I have ordered two bags, but now I am not able to track them. Neither I got message from the company nor any confirmation. But for this I have paid online already

Thanks for your message, we are sorry to hear you experienced this issue. Shopify is the platform many shops use to build their website, we don’t actually manage inventory or ship orders from here ourselves. We do, offer a detailed FAQ to help you with the next steps here if you want to investigate further. My recommendation would be to reach out to the shop you ordered from directly for information about your order. If you are not able to reach the store via the shop you purchased from, your next steps would be to search the shop via any available social medial channels like Instagram or Facebook.
