I hope you're doing well. I wanted to reach out to gather some feedback and insights regarding the performance of my store. I've been seeing some traffic, but the conversion into actual sales hasn't been as strong as I'd hoped.

Here are some updates I would like to share upon checking on your store:
1. Your Meta title on Home page is a bit short, you can consider adding some more words here: https://prnt.sc/9fL9MJpdbA_q
The recommended length for a meta title is 50-60 characters, and for a meta description, it is 50-160 characters.
2. I have checked a product page and noticed that there are to many images. With this number of images, customer may feel tired scorlling. You can consider using the significant ones only. I have checked this product: https://95eastyorkxjersey.com/products/miami-95east-yorkxjersey-t-shirt
3. In the product page mentioned in (2), there is a H2 tag which does not have any productive: https://prnt.sc/g6BkIHI60IYg
You should set other as your Heading 2.
4. Speed score: Your speed score is good: https://prnt.sc/MBf8fhDReaiT
Other recommendations:
- Write blog for your store to attract more traffic.
- Add product reviews (using Review apps)
- Remove non-meaning H2
- Actively share your store links to have more traffic
- If possible, you can consider running ads.

1. Optimize pop-up window and top-up banner
- Goal: drive sales
It is nice to access the small pop-up window as soon as customers enter the website. But instead of “Stay updated on our latest offers”, the CTA can be stronger: “Subscribe for 20% discount on your first order”.
Also, the banner “SIGN UP FOR 10% OFF YOUR FIRST PURCHASE” at the top of the website could be attached with the link of product page/discounts/purchase, etc. for direct sales drive.
2. Make Hero banner truly captivating
- Goal: to improve customer engagement
With just a glance over hero banner, I can decide whether to continue exploring a shop or not. Therefore, I recommend Hero Banner are designed with the most captivating images of your products along with your tagline (benefits offered to your customers).
3. Complete homepage to build trust
- Goal: to boost conversion rates
I notice that there is the introduction section on your Homepage, which helps us understand your brand spirit more. However, as a customer, I would say that your Homepage still hasn't offered enough information for me to build trust then to purchase. Therefore, I suggest the addition of Value Proposition (to differentiate your business) - Best seller Products (to boost purchase intention) - Testimonials (to build trust in customers)
4. Allow the customer to read product information & see product images simultaneously
- Goal: to improve customer engagement
I have visited some products on their own page and I found it difficult for me to understand the products fully as only after swiping all images below can I access the product information. Therefore, to boost customer experience, I highly recommend your refined layout enabling users to do these both simultaneously.
5. Fix the purchasing button position
On the first layout of the product page, I notice that the “Add to cart” and “Buy with shopPal” did not appear immediately which requires my swiping. Also, with the product having lots of images, I need to scroll all the images to find the purchasing button. That would heavily discourage conversion rates. Therefore, try to fix this position for a direct drive to purchase.
6. Add FAQ & refine Contact us page
- Goal: to improve customer engagement
Your store looks great overall! To make it even better, you could consider adding an FAQ and refining a "Contact Us" page. These are essential for helping customers quickly find answers or reach out for support, which can significantly enhance their shopping experience.
