Hello everyone,

I've recently launched my store (MVPs), which contains an exquisite colelction of high-end clothing. MVPs offer a wide range of clothing from polo shirts to leather jackets. Therefore, I'm writing to share my website with you all to get some feedback and suggestions for improvements. Any feedback provided will be truly appreciated and help advance the store, so thank you in advance.

Addtionally, if you're interested in purchasing any products, would you please purchase using PayPal as I'm encountering difficulties setting other payment methods to work correctly(advice on this would also be appreciated). For those of you who don't have a PayPal account, you can purchase directly using credit or debit card from PayPal itself.

Homepage

Overall, the homepage layout lacks crucial information that impacts the conversion rate.

1. Add more content for the header

Currently, the header appears with just a logo and search function. You can enhance the user experience by adding more navigation options. Consider including links to key sections such as "About Us," "New Arrivals," "Best Sellers," "Sale," and "Contact Us." Using your customer data, curate a navigation menu that directs customers to the highest revenue pages faster. This can help streamline their shopping experience and make it easier for them to find what they are looking for, ultimately boosting your conversion rates.

2. Add hero banner section

I think we can start with a more focused hero banner, especially for a clothing store. This banner should feature high-quality images of your best-selling or newest collections, styled in a way that resonates with your target audience. Consider including a seasonal theme or current fashion trends to make it more appealing. A clear and engaging call-to-action, such as "Discover Now" or "Explore the Collection," can guide visitors directly to your product pages, increasing the likelihood of conversions.

3. Add more product image with model on the homepage

Viewing a model wearing the product, especially clothing, can assist potential customers in visualizing how it would look and feel on them. This approach makes the product more relatable and attractive.

4. Add more information section on the homepage

  • Testimonials or Reviews: Showcasing customer testimonials or product reviews builds credibility and trust, influencing potential customers' buying decisions.

  • Easy Contact Access: Ensure visitors can quickly find your contact information or a link to your contact page if they need to reach out.
  • Social Media Links: Including social media icons linked to your profiles encourages visitors to engage with your brand on other platforms. 
  • Trust badges section: This is especially important in the online sale, where customers are often concerned about product quality and payment security.

Product page

An important issue to consider is that the "Add to Cart" button is missing from the product details section. Instead, I only see a sticky "Add to Cart" button at the bottom of the page. Please kindly check and address this.

By focusing on these areas, you can create a website that effectively showcases your high-end clothing and attracts potential customers.

 

I would also recommend reaching out to friends, family, and fashion enthusiasts for feedback on your website. Their honest opinions can be invaluable.
