I have received your message. Thank you so much for helping me out. I have been trying to contact Shoptify through that email you sent me (supprt@shoptify.com) but no one is responding to me. I tried replying to your email to let you know about it but i got an email from an employee who i think works with Shoptify because near his name, he has "(Shoptify)" telling me to text u from here (he sent me a link and it took me here). Now, im still trying to get in contact someone regarding my two refunds but it seems that im not managing. Can you please let me know what the phone number is? I would really appreciate it.
@luvt4n31 if your trying to contact "shopify" then full stop always verify spelling of principal contacts.
Shopifys email was support@shopify.com not whatever misspelling you've been using.
And for main contact it's better to use the shopify help chat and ask for an "advisor" on the help site while signed in
https://help.shopify.com/ (remember to ask for an "advisor" to get past the bot)

Hello @PaulNewton , thank you for letting me know. That was a typo i did on here not on the email i sent. The email i sent yesterday was on the correct email address.
