Hi everyone,

I recently launched my Shopify store, Broken But Unbreakable, and I’m looking for constructive feedback from the community. My store focuses on empowering and inspiring survivors of adversity through products like hoodies, T-shirts, and digital resources.

I would greatly appreciate your insights on the following areas:

  1. Homepage Design: Is the layout visually appealing? Is it easy to navigate?
  2. Product Pages: Are the descriptions, images, and pricing clear and engaging?
  3. Mobile Experience: Does the site function well on mobile devices?
  4. Checkout Process: Any suggestions to improve the customer experience during checkout?
  5. General Feedback: Any other tips or recommendations?

I’ve worked hard to make this store reflect my brand’s mission: Empowerment Through Every Purchase. However, I know there’s always room for improvement, and I’d love to hear your thoughts.

Add some UGC, some tutorials or live pictures as well. What you've added are computer generated visualizations of your products (for most part). I would suggest add something more candid. You can add candid or naturally shot images of your merch and put them under the professional ones. You can embed vids, UGC, Instagram etc using https://apps.shopify.com/embed and get started for free.
