Wow, I want to give a compliment to the interface of your website! It is really clean, neat, and fits the minimalist concept perfectly.
I have a few suggestions to help you improve the effectiveness of your website:
1. Add more USPs (Unique Selling Propositions) of the services you provide.
When first visiting your site and looking at the homepage, I still don't really grasp what products/services you offer. It was only when I clicked into the About Us section and read the entire introduction that I could understand what services you provide. Therefore, I think you should present a few USPs and a short introduction like: "We help businesses grow through effective advertising. Our team of marketing experts creates customized digital campaigns tailored to your unique goals. With a focus on data-driven strategies and strong client partnerships, we deliver measurable results that drive business growth."
2. The descriptions on the page are not serving their function properly.
This description should highlight what information will be displayed on the About Us page, rather than giving very obvious guidance that I am pretty sure all visitors will know what to do with the button.
3. Consistency in titles on the About Us page.
When clicking on the About Us page, the title reads News > This can be confusing for viewers.
4. Regarding the meeting registration form.
The image used for the background is of poor quality: blurry and not sharp > You can refer to the image quality of the hero banner on the homepage.
The color chosen for the form is not optimal: the contrast is not high compared to the background, it looks cluttered and off-tone compared to the black-and-white branding color scheme applied throughout the website. The text in the placeholder within the form is also quite difficult to read because it is light gray text on a white background.
You can refer to the form templates in the two images below to improve the form layout.

2. Have an announcement bar
The announcement bar will announce the information about shipping and discounts or any promotion campaign of a store.
3. Add more content on your homepage
3.1 Improve your hero banner
The banner is very significant in hero material. It is the first thing customers see when they visit your website. Let's get consumers to know exactly what you're having in 5 seconds first. Your current images are pretty but I think we can improve it more, it doesn’t show the attractive products you have.
3.2. Add a section about your brand story
A brand story helps customers understand more about your business and also helps your store look more professional.
3.3. Build your reliability through testimonials - customer reviews

Moreover, users' perceptions of the site or brand can be positively influenced by the returns policy, and any warranty or guarantee information, which can reassure them that the site is trustworthy. Your information is quite hard to see now, make it clearer.

1. The below space (please refer snippet), captures details of what you can provide, that is "engaging content and increasing sales". But it does not quantify how this can be achieved or any numbers you have to support the claim.
Example - 100 + satisfied clients with an average 15% increase in sales.
Note - You have enough of empty space in here, which can be utilized to fill up such quantitative information, which instills confidence to customers visiting your website
2. Making more intuitive statements in a bucketized view, will help customer read your strong points more effectively.
