Hi there, I'm Kate from PageFly - Shopify Landing Page Builder.
I love your website, the design looks really elegant & majestic. It's clear that you've put a lot of thought and effort into creating an online presence. From my Conversion Rate Optimization expertise, I would like to give you some suggestions regarding the store design to make the store more stunning and better convert.
The hero banner in the homepage is an important touchpoint to impress your customers when they first land on the site. The current banner may cause visitors to confuse in the first 5 seconds what products you are offering. It’s a bit confusing as the key products are not highlighted and also the text is quite small
You can take it as a reference:
Reference:
Visitors who land on your site for the first time might seek out who is behind the product, and why they should buy from you. So consider adding an About Us section to introduce your brand.
For example,
2. Product page
It's important to highlight the key information like the price and call to action. Adding other styling like bold, italic, using different color and font size to the price and mouse over state for ATC button to make them more noticeable.
Reference:
A sticky Add to cart (ATC) button remains visible on the screen as users scroll through product details, images, and reviews. This reduces friction and ensures the call-to-action is always accessible, making it easier for shoppers to make a purchase decision without having to scroll back up.
Reference:
Your current product description is very lengthy & text-heavy. Consider compressing it into accordions / content tab (collapsible content tabs) so that your product pages look better-structured & the shoppers' experience is enhanced.

That’s all of my feedback. I hope it will enhance your website's look and help you grow sales. Feel free to reach me in the reply section if you need further discussions. Wish you luck and endurance on your entrepreneurship journey!
Cheers,
Kate | PageFly Team

Hi @sarangab! I'm Tracy from BON Loyalty, the top-rated Shopify app.
Thanks for sharing your store! You’re already generating solid traffic and engagement, which is a great starting point. However, from my review of your store, I see a few key areas where improvements could significantly boost your conversion rate. Here’s what’s likely causing the drop-off and how you can fix it:
1/ Designs and branding
In my first impression, it seemed a bit unclear to me about the type of product you are selling. The image on the main hero banner was unrelated, which it should show the buyer what you are selling, because photos always catch eye better than text.
What you can do better here is displaying the image of your products in a straightforward way, and add in some tagline to remind customers about your main product - face mask. Please refer to this screeshot here as an example:
In this section, the ratio between images and text were not balanced. You should consider enlarging this image to make it banner-size. Next, consider adding CTA button to direct your customers to Product page in this text section.
Next, you should ensure the image quality is high-definition, since your business only focus on 01 solid product, customers will assess and make decision based on what they see on your website. The current picture is a bit blur, especially when it is viewed on desktop/laptop. Also, oversized images take up too much space and can feel overwhelming for visitors, making it harder to focus on product names and prices. The contrast between the product images and the background is also weak, which can strain the eyes.
2/ Product page
Your product description has too much text and doesn't highlight the key information about the product. Typically, this section should be divided into categories such as: Key Ingredients - Skin Types Suitable - How to Use.
Additionally, you are missing information about your shipping policy and product refund/return policy.
You have strong potential, and with these tweaks, I’m confident you’ll start seeing conversions increase. Let me know if you need help implementing any of these suggestions!
