I've started my store a bit longer than a month ago and have had almost no results. Ive also tried running some minimal Meta Ads and Google Ads more recently and have no results through that.
I wanted to see if anyone could provide feedback on my store here. I tried to do the same through Reddit and got bombarded with scammy messages.

looks good have you checked it with web dev yet?
Not sure what you mean by check it with a web dev. Could you clarify?
100 or 200 visits from ads doesnt mean it doesnt work. what was your targeting? the amount of visitors? can you share more?
The ads targeted an audience that had interests around mma/jiu jitsu from an age range of 18-45. Shopify says I had 1558 visitors in the last 30 days although I think they might be skewed (I kept having visitor spikes after I made an edit to the store, I assume it was google or some bot crawling)
try to narrow it down even more. less age range, and more targeted jiu jitsu community. (for example, think leg lock lovers of mikey musumeci fans . hope that makes sense.
That definitely does help. I will try to narrow it down for my next ad. Thank you so much! Love the example btw, makes me think you train as well haha.
For a new store that just started its social presence, do you recommend that I focus on Meta Ads, or Google Ads?
havent trained for a few years due to neck problem but miss it.
depends on your skills. i personally prefer google ads because i have more experience. if you consider google ads, start with performance max for shopping and connect your merchant center feed (your products) and make very specific targeting (audiences)
Makes sense, thanks.
That sucks, there definitely not much like it. Hope your necks feeling better though.
Hi @MTApparel
You would need to redesign your logo, you will need a hight quality logo.
Increase the width of your site (from Sales channels > Online Store > Themes > Customize > Theme settings > Layout), so your product title will not break a line like in this image

- Ryviu - Product Reviews & QA app: Collect customer reviews, import reviews from AliExpress, Amazon, Etsy, Walmart, Dhgate and CSV.

Thanks for the feedback. I made the width change but not sure what you mean by needing a high quality logo. Could you provide a little more detail?
Not trying to argue or anything but I honestly kind of like the logo.
Thanks! I appreciate that a lot.
I feel like your answer may have gotten cut off though. Please let me know if there was more to it especially if its related to things I can adjust.
Hi @MTApparel
I would like to share you the feedback based on the real performance on Google when searching your store. Let's take a look here in detail, and if you have any unclear parts, please let me know directly. Thank you!
1. Some web pages on your store have quite long meta description contents and they fail to display completely when visitors attempt to search. This will affect your store performance and let users feel hard to know what you sell directly before accessing your store. I have listed some of them below for your reference.
https://mattheoryapparel.com/?srsltid=AfmBOopwNpOvwu90vf6r5bC7V8vuBv1IWns4j3nwZ6s3udTOkrA_6hhI
2. Your store URL is displaying as the store name in Google Search Results. But from what I know, "Mat Theory Apparel" should be your store name, isn't it? You can further check from Shopify admin page settings and see if you set up store name properly, or consider using the way I shared in the third point in this answer here to know more details.
3. I can feel that your store has plentiful nice and lovely pictures, but none of them display in the search results. The suggestion on this aspect is to consider using Structured Data JSON LD inserted on your store and the advantage of using it is to make your search results colorful and display more elements as many as possible, such as pictures, reviews, star ratings or prices, etc. The way of realizing this effort can be fetched from this guideline article, or you can seek help from app end directly.
Lastly, in the eye of app end, it is suggested to do a regular check on the store to know if meet SEO demands or not after updating store page contents. You can also choose to do an SEO Check with our help and let store achieve higher goals to get more sales in the future. I hope my answers here can be beneficial on your end after practicing as well. Cheers!
