I just take a quick look on your website, and here's my thoughts:
Regarding your menu, it looks good but can be optimized to guide visitors more easily. My suggestion is to add a “Best Sellers” or “Trending” section, especially for first-time shoppers. This helps them get straight to what’s popular without feeling overwhelmed. For instance, brands like ASOS use a similar tactic to direct traffic toward their most-clicked items.
I also didn't see any social proof. Ideally, a store would want to incorporate customer reviews to build credibility. Even better, show photos of customers wearing your apparel, whether through a “Styled by You” gallery or a carousel on the homepage. For example, Urban Outfitters links their Instagram feed directly to product pages. This gives shoppers real-world inspiration.
Have you thought of running retargeting ads? It helps to bring back visitors who didn't convert the first time around. I can see that you have included a lot of quality and outstanding product images. However, using the pagination can make it difficult for your costumes to navigate.

4. Add a live chat section
Live chat assists potential customers instantly, addressing their questions or concerns in real time. This can prevent abandonment and encourage more purchases.
