Reviews not posting

My clients are leaving reviews but they are not showing up. There were some left under these listings, and I did a test run but nothing is there.

You can choose whether to show or hide the product review listing and review form by default. When the review listing or review form is hidden, merchants can access it by clicking on a link in the section.

Complete the following steps to show or hide the reviews or review form:

1. From your Shopify admin, click Settings > Apps and sales channels.

2. From the Apps and sales channels page, click Product Reviews.

3. Click Open app.

4. Click setting.

5. In the Review listing layout section, check or uncheck the box next to Show reviews on load.

6. In the Review listing text section, check or uncheck the box next to Show review form on load.

7. Click Save.

Because others answered your questions, I recommend trying our full-featured review app (for free, the same as Shopify product review app). 

It has so many features that apps like Loox are suggesting, but you need to pay $10-30 for them. 

Just give it a shot and I'm sure you will be amazed.
