Hi everyone. I have a store "livingandliving.com" and I have been trying to advertise popular products. I tried using UGC ads on Tiktok and ads on Facebook. I notice that I have a CTR of like 1%, and the people that visit my site wwill quite often add a product to cart, but none of them actually checkout. I think there might be something wrong with my site but I can't find out what it is by myself, maybe there are any experts that could give me some feedback. Thanks in advance!

If customers add items to their cart but don’t complete the checkout process, it’s likely because the checkout is too complicated. I experienced this myself—it was challenging to complete a purchase, and I gave up. I recommend optimizing the checkout process as much as possible. Consider adding guest checkout options and various payment methods to accommodate different customer preferences.
