I got my store redesigned with a premium theme and I gain traffic on my store, but I still don't get any sales? How can I gain sales fast?
Hey @EndureEnergy89 !
If you want, the best thing would be to send me your store link so I can take a closer look.
Meanwhile, here are some things to keep in mind:
- Make sure your products solve a real problem or clearly show their value. Customers need a strong reason to buy right now.
- Build trust by adding trust badges (use app like TrustMark), customer reviews, and clear return and shipping policies.
- Check your analytics to see where visitors are dropping off. Are people adding items to their cart but not completing checkout?
- Use urgency-driven offers like limited-time discounts or “Buy 1 Get 1 Free” deals to encourage action.
- Try running simple paid ads with a clear message and a strong call to action.
- Simplify your checkout process — the fewer steps, the better.
Feel free to send over your store URL anytime. I’d be happy to take a look and share feedback!
Cheers,
Nemanja
Hi,
Great job upgrading your store design and traffic are important, but traffic without conversions often means there’s a gap in trust, product-market fit, or call-to-action.
Here’s how to start gaining sales faster:
1. Check Your Conversion Funnel
2. Use Urgency & Offers
3. Retarget & Warm Up Traffic
4. Recover & Nurture
Feel free to share your store link or niche I’d be happy to take a quick look and give more specific advice.

You can consider below ways to gain more sales, as your page contents should be under good status, or you will have no traffic either.
1. Regularly optimize page contents and structures, like adding keywords in meta title and meta description, pay attention to the usage of Heading tags.
2. Connect your store with Google Search Console and check if exist any optimization element need to be handled.
3. Check your store page performance in search results, you can use "site:store URL" to search on Google and will see what your pages look like in reality.
You can also share store URL for my further check and I can give you more suggestions specifically. Thank you!
Hi @EndureEnergy89 .
There might be multiple reason Why You're Getting Traffic but No Sales, some common causes are following:
Common causes:
Poor product-market fit or weak value proposition
Confusing navigation or checkout experience
No trust signals (reviews, badges, return policy)
Unclear pricing, shipping fees, or lack of urgency

Here are the steps to Start Getting Sales Fast:
1.) Simplify the Funnel
1-click "Add to Cart"
Clear pricing, no hidden fees
Fast checkout - Shopify payments (Shop Pay, GPay, Apple Pay)
2.) Add Trust & Urgency
Product reviews
Trust badges
Low-stock / countdown timers
3.) Run Targeted Offers
First-purchase discount popup (10–15% off)
Abandoned cart email/SMS with a coupon
Free shipping over $X
Hey there! @EndureEnergy89 Would you mind sharing your store URL link so I can have a better look at it and give more specific and detailed suggestions for this?
In the mean time, here are some general ones that could help
- Make sure all the media in the gallery is as high quality as possible on both mobile and desktop Shopify view. Also include a short video if you don’t have one
- Make sure there’s an FAQs section and an About Us Page.

Hey @EndureEnergy89
I totally get that it’s frustrating when those visitors aren’t converting to sales. Here are a few things you can try to get things moving:
What to do: Give first-time buyers a discount or free shipping to encourage them to make their first purchase.
Example: Offer 10% off or free shipping at checkout with a pop-up or banner.
What to do: Send follow-up emails or SMS to remind customers of their abandoned carts and offer an incentive to complete the purchase.
Example: “Your cart is waiting! Here’s 10% off if you complete your purchase in the next 24 hours.”
What to do: Create a limited-time flash sale on popular items to create urgency.
Example: “Hurry, 50% off for the next 3 hours only!” with a countdown timer on your homepage or product pages.
What to do: Make your checkout process quick and easy, offering guest checkout and clear shipping costs upfront.
Example: Remove unnecessary steps in the checkout process and clearly show shipping fees early on to avoid cart abandonment.
What to do: When customers add an item to their cart, offer them a suggestion for a related product that could improve or complement their purchase.
Example: If a customer adds a shirt to their cart, you could suggest matching pants or accessories. Using an app like iCart, you can display these suggestions in a non-intrusive way right in the cart drawer, helping customers easily find what pairs well with their purchase.

Hi @EndureEnergy89
The first thing I noticed is that it takes me scrolling down to half the page to find out what products you're selling.
You need to make it easier for visitors to see your products.
One way to get visitors to see your products is to create an image with your most popular products and use Shoppable Image Hotspots
The app lets you add links to your images, which will pop up when people hover over the products in the images.
This is more engaging and easier for visitors to see your products.
Hello. Redesigning your store is a great step, and getting traffic means people are interested enough to click through. The next step is making sure your visitors feel confident to buy and are encouraged to take action. Start by checking if your product pages clearly highlight benefits, shipping info, return policies, and customer reviews. These small trust factors can make a big difference.
You can also try adding social proof and urgency tools to nudge visitors toward making a purchase. Apps like SP Sales Pop Conversion Pro by CareCart show real-time purchase notifications to build trust, and Wheelify Spin Wheel Email Popup can help capture emails while offering first-time discounts in a fun way. If visitors are abandoning their carts, Cartly Abandoned Cart Recovery by CareCart can automatically send them follow-up emails or WhatsApp messages. Combining these steps with a time-sensitive promotion can help bring in faster sales. I hope this helps. 🙂
Hii @EndureEnergy89 , Gaining traffic for the store is a good achievement, but converting that traffic into sales might be a difficult task. There are many reasons behind this conversion, so I would recommend providing us with the store link for advanced testing of the store.
Reasons for traffic not converting into sales -
User Experience (UX)
Always ensure your store is easy to navigate and that your product pages are clear and user-friendly. Customers should be able to find what they’re looking for quickly and easily, and test your store on different devices.
Optimize Product Pages
If you provided purchasing buttons like “Add to Cart” and “Buy Now”, try to make them more prominent. Ensure your products have clear, high-quality images and detailed descriptions that highlight the benefits and features of each item. Add some customer reviews to enhance the trust of new customers to buy the product.
Test and Monitor Your Store
Speed is also an important factor for the user to make a purchase. Yes, you have gained traffic, but like clicking buttons, going to other pages, and making payments should be faster, as users do not want to invest too much time on this. Test and monitor your store regularly with the Google Page Insights Report.
Special Offers or Discounts
Try to provide some limited-time offers or a free shipping option, which could push hesitant buyers into making a purchase. You can also provide discounts to users purchasing first time.
Provide us with the link for deep down testing of the store.
Hi @EndureEnergy89,
It’s great that you’re driving traffic to your store, but I understand how frustrating it can be when those visitors aren’t converting into sales. Here are some tips to help boost your conversions:
First, ensure your product pages are clear and engaging. Use high-quality images and detailed descriptions, highlighting the benefits and key features. Adding customer reviews can also build trust and make your store more credible.
Next, make sure the user experience is smooth and your store is easy to navigate. Test it on various devices, especially mobile, as many customers shop from their phones. A simple, intuitive checkout process is key—make it fast and frictionless.
Trust signals are another important factor. Adding badges for secure payments, clear return policies, and customer reviews can increase confidence in your store. Transparency is key in making customers feel secure when making a purchase.
Consider adding urgency with limited-time offers or flash sales. You can also use low-stock notifications to create a sense of scarcity and encourage people to buy.
Finally, set up abandoned cart recovery emails and retargeting ads to bring back visitors who didn’t complete their purchases. Offering a discount or free shipping can be a great way to incentivize them to return and buy.
Let me know if you need further suggestions or want to share your store URL for a more detailed review.
